Confident things will be done correctly. I've taken our vehicles to Chalmers since 2000. Overall I have been pleasantly pleased with the service and the way they stand behind their work. Ho I've taken our vehicles to Chalmers since 2000. Overall I have been pleasantly pleased with the service and the way they stand behind their work. However on my most recent visit at the Quick Lane the mechanic recommended services for my vehicle. This was then relayed to me by the service advisor. One such recommendation was for a change of plugs. I told the service representative I thought it had been done around 60K miles. They also recommended a fuel filter and injector cleaning. All of these items were replaced or taken care of well within the recommended time/mileage changes. They did not need servicing. If the mechanic or service advisor had checked, they would not be recommending maintenance that was not necessary at this time. Even after I hinted to the service advisor that I thought the plugs had been changed within the mileage requirement, he did not go back and verify in their system. All my work had been done by Chalmers, so they have a complete record. When I got home I verified that the work was current by checking my maintenance log. More

I had done some preliminary research on the Internet, tried out about 6-8 different vehicles, and after several follow up emails and calls from Glenn Aldrich at Don Chalmers Ford, I drove the 45 miles to look at several vehicles he had surfaced out of their inventory. The entire experience was pleasant and conducted with consumant professionalism; often, when entering an automobile dealership, one feels like the main course at a piranha banquet. None of that occurred with Glenn---he scoped out my preferences, looked over offers I had from other dealers, and made me a good deal on the unit I had selected, and I went home to think about it. They gave me the vehicle overnight to test drive; I returned the following day and we finalized the deal. There has been excellent follow up and turn around on final set up details. All in all, a pleasant experience. I'm very pleased, with my new truck, with Glenn Aldrich, and Don Chalmers Ford! More
