Rather than turning me away my service advisor worked me in in a very timely manner and the following day I was back on the road again. They were helpful explaining what went wrong and what they needed to fix. I received phone calls regularly with status updates which made it easier to plan my downtime. More

Great Service Two weeks before we made our trip from Indiana to Bernalillo, NM, had our F150 Ford Truck checked over real good by D-Patrick Ford of Evansville, IN. Two weeks before we made our trip from Indiana to Bernalillo, NM, had our F150 Ford Truck checked over real good by D-Patrick Ford of Evansville, IN. Everything including the brakes were checked. Received the paper showing what was checked even the dimensions of the brake pads were on the paper showing they had been checked (supposedly). Jason, at Quick Lane, had our brakes checked and the pads were wore down even had spots on the metal. We showed him what had been done previously, according to the paperwork. Jason gave us great service and was a very personable person. Had to have the brake pads replaced (lifetime pads), and gave us the old ones back so we could take it to D-Patrick Ford when we returned from our trip. Felt a lot safer for our return trip home. Would definitely recommend the service. More

Overall great experience I had been looking for vehicles online and out of state for months. Only to find the best deal was in my backyard. I reached out to the dealership via their website and was Contacted by David piazza within hours. He was very helpful. I had a few questions about the vehicle I was looking at and he was able to answer them immediately. I set up an appointment for a test drive and instantly fell in love with the truck. David made me feel right at home from the second I met him. I would highly suggest doing business with this man. He was very helpful and didn’t apply any unnecessary pressure. Jackie Sidden was great also. Although they were very busy on this day she was able to make the paperwork process run very smooth.
