Awful. I tried to get out the door price information on a Toyota Highlander. First, Jay called me and said while there are additional fees, they cannot email a quote. I told them that I would not do busines Toyota Highlander. First, Jay called me and said while there are additional fees, they cannot email a quote. I told them that I would not do business like this. The next day, I was called by Angelina and she said she COULD send me an email with price info. No such email came. I called to check and was told by someone that Angelina was on break but would absolutely send an email. No email came. So I texted back to see what was going on. Someone else called me a third time and promised to text me all the numbers. I DID get a text, but then it was just the listed price on the car. When I texted back asking what was happening, I got a call from the "manager" Mike who apologized but then gave me all the excuses in the world on why they couldn't send me an email with the put the door price (you will shop around, don't know tax and tags, we want you to come in, etc.). After shooting down all his excuses, he finally promised to text me. You guessed it...no text ever came. The other reviews are true. These are 100% scam artists with zero customer service skills. I liked the car took it out for a test ride and agreed to buy the car at the asking price. The only problem was the car had bald tires (not great praise for their certified used car inspection). Even so I liked the car and still wanted it if they would replace the tires. Steven said no problem he would get it done in two days and call me to pick up the car. I received no call from him so I called Certified Luxury Motor three times over the next three weeks and got the same story Steven is busy he will call you back. Well that was two months ago I don't think it's going to happen. More
Bad experience does not disclose fees til you get there. I work for a dealership that does not sell Nissans they looked to have a good price on one. I live in Upstate NY and was going to be about a two hour drive. Wanted to know what my out the door price would be. The gentleman on the phone said we do not disclose our fees. Again I work for a dealership if any dealership will not disclose there fees up front so you know what your OTD price is do not do business with them. If anyone does not disclose everything up front they are hiding something. Its dealerships like this is what gives the car business a bad name. More

We came here all the way from New Jersey to see the advertised prices for cars. However, it’s just a the BAIT ON THE HOOK! Don’t even bother to waste your time to come and buy a car. They make money by advertised prices for cars. However, it’s just a the BAIT ON THE HOOK! Don’t even bother to waste your time to come and buy a car. They make money by financing the cars. So, you end up paying 20,000.00$ for 12,000.00$ advertised price (if not more)!! All in short, they are CHEATERs. More
DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICESTo begin, I should looked DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES To begin, I should looked into the negative reviews more before going here, they were accurate. I'm writing this to ho DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES To begin, I should looked into the negative reviews more before going here, they were accurate. I'm writing this to hopefully inform someone else before trying to do business with these guys. This dealership makes a habit of posting what they call "the starting price" online which is not even true because there is no scenario in which you would get the car at that advertised price. They intentionally advertise the car at a much lower price to get you in the dealership, test drive the car with you, and once you're ready to purchase it they reveal thousands of dollars of what they've termed "dealer prep fees" among others. My salesperson actually told me that they tried to advertise the true price online a long time ago and they had months where no one came into the dealership. Shocker. I had the misfortune of experiencing this today. I spoke with multiple people at this business the past few days confirming the details of the car, warranties, and most specifically, the advertised price. I called the day before coming in and asked a sales person the price of the car. I was told the advertised $16900 that I saw online so I confirmed I would be there today to check the car out. I was able to test drive the car, inspect it myself, and pay my own mechanic to travel there and check it out before sitting down and being hit with the truth. Aside from the advertised $16900 price of the car, I would also be charged the cost of them making the car a certified pre-owned vehicle, approximately $6000 and another $3000 of dealer prep fees, bringing the price up to about $25900. I was floored. From my reaction I believe my salesperson realized I was not going to be receptive to another word he said so he brought in his sales manager, Junior, who proceeded to try and make me feel silly for thinking that the car was actually going to be that price. *The price they listed it for on every single website I checked.* Beyond insulting my intelligence he also tried to show me other companies' pricing for the same car being much higher. To that my response was 'yeah, that's why I didn't go to their dealerships'. Because they honestly advertise their prices and don't waste people's time. I traveled from out of state, paid a mechanic to meet me there, and spent many hours of my day looking at a car that wouldn't have even fallen into my search results had the true cost been advertised or at least disclosed to me when I arrived there. TLDR: They are a dishonest business. They will act like the car is a certain price to hold your interest until you're about to check out and surprise you with thousands of dollars in extra fees. My surprise was $9000 worth, before taxes. More
Worst Dealer Experience of My Life. Totally Dishonest I gave this place a chance despite all of the bad reviews...and that was a huge mistake! TOTALLY DISHONEST! They will lie to you on the phone just to I gave this place a chance despite all of the bad reviews...and that was a huge mistake! TOTALLY DISHONEST! They will lie to you on the phone just to get you in the store. I called in the morning to check on the availability of a car and after it was confirmed, I asked very firmly about the price and the fees going along with it. This is not my first rodeo and I know how used car dealers work. I was told that the only added-on fees would be a $995 prep fee. I repeated the information several times over the phone...$11,890 for the car and then $995 for the prep fee and then taxes and DMV fees. Yes, good, yes, okay, all clear, yes, good. We drove all the way out to Long Island and after we saw the car and everything, the salesman was adding figures while telling us about the free oil change that the car gets in the next year. He was adding an additional certification fee of $3,500!!!! I told him to back up and explain the figures and he said that I have to pay an extra $3500 to compensate for the car's certification! And this was after we confirmed multiple times on the phone that there were no extra fees on top of the extra grand. that was mentioned. I was prepared to pay around $13k for the car and by the time his calculations were done he said it was going to cost $17,500 NOT including taxes, DMV fees, or interest! It was the WORST experience I ever had at a car dealer. These people are super shady. They are completely dishonest and will say anything to get you in the store and hope to catch you out and charge you an extra few grand despite contrary information prior. The man who I spoke to on the phone before conveniently was not around and the manager explained that that their phone team doesn't always have the right information... Then in that case, you ought not be giving misleading information over the phone and getting people to waste hours driving out and then shopping and then having to find another dealer on such short notice. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau (I just checked and the dealer already has 14 official complaints against them). DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will tell you whatever it takes on the phone to get you in the store. They are TOTALLY dishonest. Complete waste of a day, especially for those driving from outside Long Island! More
