I made an appointment to test drive a particular car. I came by today and the car was already sold. I was very disappointed. I was ready to just pay with no financing. I already have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. came by today and the car was already sold. I was very disappointed. I was ready to just pay with no financing. I already have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I just wanted something so I don't have to always drive the truck. I will look elsewhere. Thanks More
bait and switch BUYER BEWARE!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! Story below tried to buy car at advertised price online and deale BUYER BEWARE!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! Story below tried to buy car at advertised price online and dealership removed the stock number of the lower price and replaced it with a similar stock number with a letter added at the end the day we wanted to go look at it. When you arrive they say you cant buy the vehicle at the advertised price AND you have to use their in house financing!!! And when you question them they make up excuses as they put on their clown make up and say whatever comes to mind. They literally refused to sell the vehicle for the advertised price online. We offered cash and they wanted to sell us the vehicle for 9k more than advertised if we paid cash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! More
An absolute horrible experience. My significant other was looking to purchase a car and they were completely unprofessional. From no employees wearing face masks or following CDC guidelines for the pandemic looking to purchase a car and they were completely unprofessional. From no employees wearing face masks or following CDC guidelines for the pandemic to condescending and unprofessional employees. Their “financial advisor” should consider a different profession. We came in on a Wednesday and returned on Thursday from New Jersey to finally purchase the car; We returned with my sister in law and my brother in law. When the four of us finally met with their “financial advisor,” his attitude and demeanor were awful. Instead of explaining the financial aspect of purchasing the car, he chose to belittle us. He continuously asked US to read the paperwork and to tell HIM what we see. In the mist of our meeting in his office, a fight broke out between a salesman and a customer. Like the “financial advisor,” the salesman was unprofessional and provoked the customer. I use quotations when referring to the “financial advisor,” because while he has the title, he clearly does not have the mental capacity to retain real information. The rates are not the reason we did not purchase the car, it was their employees. More
I called to make an appointment. My advice look else I called to make an appointment. My advice look else where, any place where you can’t purchased a car with cash should raise red flags. The fees are I called to make an appointment. My advice look else where, any place where you can’t purchased a car with cash should raise red flags. The fees are 1,000-3,000 no dealer has fees like this. If there are these types of fees that’s because this is a buy here pay here in which they should provide that on their website. Don’t hide fees and try to double talk people. I am glade I have enough common sense to ask questions and not be desperate for a car. People who have bad credit may have to use This place not I. My advice is to make sure if you have to go here READ ALL PAPERS!! Many hidden fees that don’t have to be in there! They are very sneaky!! also charge 350 for dmv and 350 for a title? A title is 10 bucks. Do the math! More

Worst Service helped by Juan, I was ready and willing to buy the Nissan pathfinder 2017. The price that they ave on Car gurus isn't the same as when you go inside t helped by Juan, I was ready and willing to buy the Nissan pathfinder 2017. The price that they ave on Car gurus isn't the same as when you go inside the store. I saw the car everything was fine and they tell me there is an additional $2,000 because that's the downpayment. I accepted it and then they add different other numbers, They add additional prices and I was somewhat accepting. I waited for more than 45 mins for the financial advisor but he was there sitting. They were pressuring us on getting auto insurance before we knew what was the price with everything. We weren't 100% sure we wanted it, we wanted to see the prices of everything, but they wanted us to get auto insurance before showing us the prices. They told us it's there "policy," So I was playing along and called my Insurance company which was Geico. The agent told me it was a scam and it's one weirdest thing she heard. Told us to not do anything because they are supposed to tell you the prices and ten get te auto insurance if you accept it. They started cursing at us and they wanted to fight us because we told them they are robbing our money and trap us into the scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Just purchase my new car at "NY OFF LEASE" it's in Copiague, I totally recommend that dealer. More
Scam artists, deceptive, dishonest, avoid at all costs Today is 3/28/2020. I contacted Certified Luxury Motors yesterday, before driving an hour and a half from central New Jersey to their location in Grea Today is 3/28/2020. I contacted Certified Luxury Motors yesterday, before driving an hour and a half from central New Jersey to their location in Great Neck/Valley Springs NY to ensure that both the vehicle (a 2016 Lexus is350 f sport AWD) was still available, and for them to confirm the advertised price of $23,995.00 The sales representative on the phone (either Van, or Vince), who was without a doubt the same guy who claimed to be the manager in person (going by a different name) re-assured me of the listed price over the phone on 3 separate occasions (I asked him to repeat the price 3x, and when asked if there were ANY additional fees, he said "I don't beleive so"), and even went so far as to tell me that the price would be guaranteed as long as I agreed to finance with their lenders, which I reluctantly agreed to, so long as the APR was appropriate for my credit score (considering I have a credit score in the 800's). When I got to the dealership, the first guy who approached me was rude, unprofessional, dismissive and judged me based on my appearance, set me aside for 45 minutes and never came back, until I re-approached him (all of the employees were talking among themselves, no customers) seemingly because he assumed that maybe I couldn't afford the car (btw, I am a physician). When I was about to leave, a guy claiming to be the manager, who sounded like the guy from the phone the day before, came over, sat my wife and I down, and proceeded to try to convince me that the online price was inaccurate, and it should have been listed at $27,000.00, before taxes, tags and title but he would "work with me". He proceeded to try to convince me that there is a MANDATORY warranty/certification that must be purchased on top of the cost of the car that would cost between $2500-$3999, and didn't know which it would be. Additionally, there was a $1995 fee, on top of to the usual taxes, tags and transfer fees. DO NOT BOTHER VISITING THIS DEALERSHIP, they are dishonest scam artists, they will insult your intelligence, and try to get around facts using manipulative semantics. Before leaving, as an attempt to gauge the situation further, though I didn't want to spend more than $26,000 out the door, I offered the manager $27,000.00 out the door for a car listed for $23,995.00, mind you the condition of the vehicle was sub-optimal. He turned down $27k for a car that was advertised and verbally confirmed to be $23.5 over the phone, wasn't willing to let it go for less than $30k which he had written down when he walked over. These guys are con artists, and by far the worst type of xxxx in the auto sales industry. I am a respected professional with strong credit, good income, 15+ years of purchasing experience. Buy your car ANYWHERE ELSE. You will regret doing business with these people. More
Buying my son's first car ended up in disaster I'm intentionally omitting the names of those involved. This is for the Valley Stream location. We found a car we liked and we were excited to buy it I'm intentionally omitting the names of those involved. This is for the Valley Stream location. We found a car we liked and we were excited to buy it for my son. We test drove on a Saturday, and loved the car. The salesman told us he would waive the dealer prep fee, and we agreed on a price. Of course that changed when we sat down. He suddenly couldn't waive $500 of it. . I reluctantly said okay. He said to get that price I would have to finance it, even though I wanted to buy it outright. I said fine, I'll just pay the loan off in a month. Two times asked him if there are any application fees from the bank and he said no both times. We returned Monday to close the deal. He had us meet with the finance guy. To my surprise there was a $900 bank fee and another $700 dealer destination fee (seriously-LOL). I objected, and explained that the salesman said there would be no bank fee, but all the man could do was mumble the same thing over and over, "all banks charge fees, just like a mortgage". I think he is probably still mumbling that. Then he tried to insult us by saying "I like dealing with intelligent people", as he was losing the deal. The big fool. Then he became ruder. We left. No deal. In summary The salesman is a 2-time liar, and the finance guy is rude, and can't/won't listen or answer a direct question. The salesman didn't even try to save the deal, I guess because he knew he lied to me. It seemed like a regular day at the office for them, pissing off people, and losing deals. Keep away from this place. More
