I was planning on buying a car from them out of state, I even had a friend of mine that lived near their dealership show up to test drive and take a look at the vehicle for me. I had multiple phone calls with them explaining that I would NOT be able to come to the dealership to purchase. I was very clear multiple times. After my friend test drove the car I was ready to buy, I was then told that it would not be possible to purchase without coming in. They then lied to my face and told me that they had told me multiple times that I would have to come into the dealership to make the purchase. I think I would remember if they had told me multiple times the most important detail of the sale. More

A little disappointed when I got to the dealership the car was already SOLD. Samantha was very sweet and helpful . However , we weren’t offered the $1000 off deal which I was told over the phone from the receptionist plus we weren’t able to bring the price down which I was told we can for the “special “ they were having . Honestly I just felt lured in to all the “deals” that sounded great over the phone but nothing was honored during our appointment. As much as I would love to give this dealership 5 Stars because of Samantha’s excellent service I gave it 2 stars because of its false advertisement. More

Worst experience ever. 2015 Honda Accord was listed for $13900 when I went there they change the price then I end up paying $23900. I went from Philly thought it was good price. Terrible experience, horrible customer service. I was sold an SUV with locking log nuts and was never given a key to be able to change my tires. When I eventually had a flat tire, customer service was ve sold an SUV with locking log nuts and was never given a key to be able to change my tires. When I eventually had a flat tire, customer service was very unhelpful (placed on hold for a long time and had to call back several times). When I eventually spoke to a manager, they were very dismissive and basically gave me an ultimatum: Pay the service fee or stay stranded. They didn't even try to make up for the fact that they did not provide me with a wheel lock key when I was sold the vehicle. Horrible. That's not even mentioning the fact that when I purchased the car, I was charged a bunch of hidden/surprise fees. By the time I was done the $16K SUV I was buying ended up being over $21K. Honestly, never returning to this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. More

I called multiple times and for some reason no salesman are ever available to talk to me about cost. I made an appointment and drove 2-hrs for a vehicle listed as $22.5k. The vehicle went to $30K with jus are ever available to talk to me about cost. I made an appointment and drove 2-hrs for a vehicle listed as $22.5k. The vehicle went to $30K with just bogus fees only; no tax or registration yet. I had to finance through them otherwise it would be $33k. FYI...I was the only customer there. They are not that busy to call back and talk about their fees. It is a scam; online price is just to get you in and talk you into an overpriced vehicle and they're good at talking. Lucky me and my wife are not suckers and did some research before visiting. It's not the hassle and buy a car elsewhere. I hated that I wasted 5-hrs of my life on this. More

Terrible !!! Came in to find information on a Mercedes C43. My credit wasn’t the best but I had a co signer with great credit. My trade in had 12k negative equity and was told even if I had a 800 score I’ C43. My credit wasn’t the best but I had a co signer with great credit. All the salesman cared about was making his money, but little did he know I have over 12k cash to put down. Not honest !!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM More
