Disgusting experience. Prices online are false pretenses. They hustle you to get a loan through them and tell you your bank is not the best. During the process, they gave me one price, ran my credit, then gave me an extra 6k on top of what they already told me. Their additional charges are prep fee and warranty fee through Allstate. The warranty fee was basically double insurance for the vehicle which covers what your primary insurance already does (SCAM). I was furious because they ran my credit with false prices. I have never been to a car dealership that does that. They try to tell me "The additional fees are on their website", THEY ARE AWARE THAT THEY ARE GIVING DIFFERENT PRICES THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTIONS AND WILL GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT PRICE AFTER THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT. I did not buy a car from them. Also, they did not want to give my paperwork back, just a copy of my application with my personal information on it. More
Just wanted to shout out Certified Luxury Motors of Great Neck and my main man Ronnie. Came into the dealership like 3 weeks ago with my girl. She’d been bugging me to upgrade the family truckster for a while now. We just had my lil princessa a little while ago and our Jeep Cherokee wasn't cutting it. Needed to get a third row so my three kids can actually fit in comfortably. So naturally I thought about a Dodge Durango. Had my eyes on one for some time now. Walked into Certified with the fam on Saturday to finally get this done. They had the perfect murdered out black on black beauty 2019 that they just picked up a few days ago. Long story short a few hours later I was banging gears going back to the Bronx with the fam in style. They even gave me a more than decent price on my Cherokee. Make sure you check out Ronnie and he will make sure he lace you up real good. He even speak Spanish so for all you bronx heads. And fed my kids. Cant get no better! More
My old car finally gave up and I needed a new car asap. I saw the car of my dreams online and immediately called to confirm it hadn’t been sold. I then had the pleasure of working with Yakeila who was hands down the best sales rep I ever dealt with. Although it was late, she was still very patient with me and didn’t pressure us at all to buy a car. She listened to all of our concerns and addressed them all. She was absolutely awesome to work with. I have to also mention Junior, the finance manager who worked to get me the best deal for my financial circumstances. In the end, I left that night with my dream car and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership. More

I didn't walk into any surprises, I printed out the ad I saw and they honored every single thing, which I was very worried about considering dealerships always have that rep to scam people. I understood the value of the car I was buying and honestly, everything was fairly done and I actually got a good deal! Definitely ask for Yakeila if you visit, she will take care of you and work with you instead of against you. Thanks Yakeila and the whole team for making this experience worthwhile. This was after discussing the original low price that was quoted and I replied to. They agreed over the phone to the original low price. When I get there, they load on an additional $6,000. When I show them that the numbers are not to be considered, as one is for a DOWN PAYMENT and the other is if I got an OPTIONAL charge for covered service..They said the $4,000 charge was for an additional 100,000 miles. I was later told by the Sales Manager that it was only for an additional 40,000 miles. When I show them their errors, they ignore me, and we leave. I purchased a vehicle from them in July, 2021. All 4 tires were completely worn out. I was promised the have all 4 replaced and when I asked to have in on written on paper they said they couldn't All 4 tires were completely worn out. Turns out when I went to get the tires changed their entire promise changed and offered a 10% discount on new tires that I would have to purchase from them. (Thats just the 1st example of their business practices). Initially when I purchased the vehicle I was getting it financed for a high Apr. I did not want to sign into such a high interest rate. The finance manager told me not to worry and just go ahead with this finance company because after I make 3 payments on time he would refinance the vehicle with a much lower apr. He said my interest was high at the Moment because it was my first car loan. I reluctantly agreed because before purchasing the car the entire Staff was very professional and seemed like reliable people. That' couldn't be further then the truth. Once I purchased the car their entire attitude changed. I was told that my audi would be serviced at an authorized audi dealer, it wasn't. It was serviced in a tiny garage behind their show room in valley stream. After a few months I called and made an appointment to speak to Abdul ( the finance manager) they made an appointment for me for 4:00 and reassured me that adbul would be working all day at that showroom. I was running late and called and asked if I can come in by 5 pm. Again I was told yes no problem Abdul is here and was going to be here all day. I got to the dealership. A Sale rep. Sat me down and once he realized I wasn't there to purchase a car but to refinance he seemed to get a little upset. I explained my situation to him and told me Abdul was who I dealt with before and he was the one who had told me to come in after a few months to refinance. The sales rep. Had me seat and wait in the waiting area and I did patiently. Around 645pm the manager came up to me and asked what I was here for and who was I waiting for. He was sitting on the desk in the showroom the entire time and knew exactly why I was there. He asked who I had my finance with I stated Wells Fargo. He asked my apr. And then went on the say the lowest we can get is 4.0% I asked to speak to Abdul and he completely ignored me and just walked away. I asked again and he said Abdul is not here. I asked why they had me seat and wait for 2 hours to tell me this and the Manger and another guy named Corey both started to get into my face in an aggressive manner. They tried to intimidated me with physical assault and once they couldn't they said they were going to call the cops and Wells Fargo to repo my car. I'm not the type to write negative reviews as I myself am a business owner and understand sometimes we can hire bad employees. That wasn't the case with this dealership. They are a complete fraud. Extremely nice professional and curtious before you buy a vehicle but once the sale is complete their attitude completely changes. Had I read the reviews on their dealership I would have never purchased my vehicle there. I would suggest anyone whose looking to purchase a car please do your research and read the reviews on this dealership. Not just the Google reviews but other car sote reviews also. I can understand why I see the 5 star reviews because my sales rep begged me after the sale to write him a good review because he depends on it for business but I told him,I would wait a few weeks before doing so. I'm glad I did not write it right away because during the sale of the vehicle they were very nice. The issues came once the car was sold and they couldn't sell me anything else. This place is a complete fraud and please protect yourself, do your research don't go just based on my review, but understand the people who wrote the good reviews are also the one who wrote it the same day they purchased the car. Search better business bureau website. The two men at the great neck location threatened to physically assault me and once they realized I wasn't afraid they threatened to call the cops and Wells Fargo to repo my car.i laughed and asked for what reason will Wells Fargo repo my car and what have I done for cops to be called. I was planning on buying a car from them out of state, I even had a friend of mine that lived near their dealership show up to test drive and take a look at the vehicle for me. I had multiple phone calls with them explaining that I would NOT be able to come to the dealership to purchase. I was very clear multiple times. After my friend test drove the car I was ready to buy, I was then told that it would not be possible to purchase without coming in. They then lied to my face and told me that they had told me multiple times that I would have to come into the dealership to make the purchase. I think I would remember if they had told me multiple times the most important detail of the sale. More

However , we weren’t offered the $1000 off deal which I was told over the phone from the receptionist plus we weren’t able to bring the price down which I was told we can for the “special “ they were having . Honestly I just felt lured in to all the “deals” that sounded great over the phone but nothing was honored during our appointment. As much as I would love to give this dealership 5 Stars because of Samantha’s excellent service I gave it 2 stars because of its false advertisement. More

Terrible experience, horrible customer service. I was sold an SUV with locking log nuts and was never given a key to be able to change my tires. When I eventually had a flat tire, customer service was very unhelpful (placed on hold for a long time and had to call back several times). When I eventually spoke to a manager, they were very dismissive and basically gave me an ultimatum: Pay the service fee or stay stranded. They didn't even try to make up for the fact that they did not provide me with a wheel lock key when I was sold the vehicle. Horrible. That's not even mentioning the fact that when I purchased the car, I was charged a bunch of hidden/surprise fees. By the time I was done the $16K SUV I was buying ended up being over $21K. Honestly, never returning to this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. More
