Misleading, rude scammers!!! I am in Cleveland,Ohio and i called this place on 4/14/18 to inquire about the White 2014 Infiniti Q50 Premium they have advertised for $18,480.00. I I am in Cleveland,Ohio and i called this place on 4/14/18 to inquire about the White 2014 Infiniti Q50 Premium they have advertised for $18,480.00. I spoke with a lady and set up an appt to come out there on 4/21/18 I explained to her that i already had my own financing through my bank which she stated was okay. Today, my bank contacts this place to get everything in motion so when i arrive out there on the 21st everything is all ready to go. The reprensentative from this dealership told my bank that i am confused and dont know what I'm talking about as far as pricing and that im all the way in Ohio so im not a concern of theres and then hung up on my bank. I then received a call from the same person from this dealership stating that he hung up on my bank because he didnt want to provide them with any information. He then told me that if i wanted the car i would need to bring a check with me in tge amount of $25,000.00, keep in mind, the car is listed for $18,480.00. I then asked why is the price so much when it is listed for $18480.00? I was then told that because I'm not financing the car through them that the price is more and that me obtaining financing through my own bank is not beneficial to him since this is how he makes money. Everything happens for a reason. Im so glad this situation played out the way that it did 48 hrs before i would have driven over 7 hrs out to this place. Total scammers!!! I'll take my business elsewhere. Your business isn't even worthy of the 1 star rating. More

I even called ahead but the lady OBVIOUSLY didn’t mention that on the phone. The guy I deal with was great but the dealership has hidden fees which throw the car values way above market and seems like a scam to me. Not recommended More

Very up front dealership. My salesman was Jacob . He was very up front about everything . Went over pricing and showed me the cars that I was interested in which were a few of My salesman was Jacob . HE did go over the price with me and made sure I understood what I was buy. When I firsted walked into the dealership was a little nervous due to the reviews. However when I walked in they showed me the car and the first thing he did was go over the price . He was very up front about the Nissan Sentra and showed me all the features on the vehicle. Later I met with the finance manager after submitting all the documents the were required. It was a process was not out in an hour it did take about three hours due to me having diffuculties on getting insurance. Once I met with the finance manager he had a break down of everything like warranty and taxes and dmv fees and the price of the vehicle. Like I stated earlier I was very surprised on how honest they were with me . The detail the car and scheduled me to come back and get my scratches touched up. Which I did do. Came in spent an hour and my infinity q50 was as good as buying a new vehicle . The only thing I think they need to work on is parking for customers other then that I would suggest this dealership to other people. Thank again (Jacob ) for all of your help I will be sending people your way. Next time I'm on the market for a vehicle I will come back and see you again. Loved it here After reading some of the reviews I was cautious to come here but they were the only place I can find my Scion tC in the color I wanted. I walked in reluctantly and was greeted with smiling faces. I was still reluctant but I went with it, but in the back of my mind I was ready to walk out at the drop of the dime. Then, I was acquainted by Junior. He showed me my car and I fell in love with it. I didn't want to get out of it. It was in such great condition. He took me back in and offered me popcorn and water (lord knows I was starving after my drive from CT). and went over numbers with me. Once I got in the box with the finance manager and he went over everything with the bank I was a little disappointed because I thought my credit would get me a little better, however, it was still reasonable. I would recommend this spot to my friends. They made me feel at home and made sure I didn't have a long wait. The only negative is that my credit couldn't get me a better rate but that's really on me. More
