The people I came in contact with.. were wonderful at first because of a potential sale opportunity. After the purchase, a week later, I requested a printed sales breakdown from Hassan were wonderful at first because of a potential sale opportunity. After the purchase, a week later, I requested a printed sales breakdown from Hassan which was discussed but not on paper. The breakdown would provide the cost of the vehicle online, the cost of the vehicle compared to other sites, the required certification, etc. In order to obtain such breakdown, Hassan mentioned he was conducting the paperwork but texting it to me was a problem because their system all of a sudden went down. He therefore stated, he wanted me to come back to the dealership to go over this paperwork. I do not live in NY which he knows but yet he gave me the xx runaround to convince me to come back to the dealership. On 9/27, I reached out to Hassan again to inquire if he could forward the paperwork to me and if the system was up and running. He stated another call was coming in and placed me on hold - Richard then answers the phone to inform me the ideal remedy is to come back into the dealership to go over everything again. OK, Hassan transferred me to Richard - really?! All I requested was the sales breakdown, nothing else which became a problem. Bull-xxxxing-xxxx. Then my car insurance company contacted me to say this dealership contacted them to increase my deductible based upon information from Allied Financial. My insurance company stated to Hassan the deductible will not be increased without my authorization. When I reached out to Allied with my insurance company on the phone as well, Allied does not have a minimum or maximum required deductible. How can you call MY insurance company without my knowledge and think it's ok? More

Stay away! My first review ever. I’ll start off by saying this dealership isn’t for everyone. I spotted their Mercedes Benz CLA 250 listed on CarGurus for $19,49 My first review ever. I’ll start off by saying this dealership isn’t for everyone. I spotted their Mercedes Benz CLA 250 listed on CarGurus for $19,490. GREAT PRICE right? Haha. I went in, cash in hand, ready to pull it off the lot. Hasian rejected my money. Told me that $19,490 is their finance only price. Cash price I’d have to pay $27k. I asked to speak with the GM. Rich broke down their “Finance Price Monthly Special.” So I left. Went back today, but before I returned back I did my homework. Checking out Clean Retail price of the car ($24k), most importantly I checked THEIR reviews. I’m not the only person they’ve done this too. They’re stupid enough to comment back on a customers review and say “the price listed on CarGurus is the price you pay.” This wasn’t said ones or twice BUT SEVERAL TIMES! I printed every single one, along with Retail Prices listed from KBB and NABA. I sat down with Junior showed him everything I had. He disappeared got on the phone with lord knows who, comes back “This car just isn’t the one for you, we don’t want your money.” So I simply got up and left. Like I said I do not write reviews EVER!
