If it was up to me I’d leave a NO STAR review for this dealership. Beyond, beyond, beyond disappointed and disgusted with the sales manager “Jordan” who works there. He treated us with the utmost disrespect and we were beyond discouraged to hear he wasn’t interested in running our credit because essentially it was a “waste of his time.” His people skills are horrendous and he refused to show any interest in us as paying customers trying to give him/the dealership MONEY. Nobody really seemed eager to sell us the truck either. They priced $10,000 more than sticker price which was incredibly heart shattering for my brother who had the utmost intentions of leaving with the vehicle that day. No documentation was ever put in front of us just numbers calculated into a calculator. I asked if they would be willing to hold the truck for a few days with $1,000 so we could gather a bigger deposit for them and he flat out told me NO he will not do that. He refused to discuss summer July savings of up to $5,000 which was advertised through text to me and also during the FOUR phone calls I received when they called to confirm my appointment. We drove an hour and a half from New Jersey to be utterly taken advantage of and belittled. This place is so incredibly shady. Jordan if that even is your real name (he also refused to provide me with his SALES MANAGER BUSINESS CARD) you should be so ashamed of yourself not only as a professional in the industry but as an individual. I absolutely would NEVER recommend; I highly would recommend going somewhere else. More

They do not clearly post pricing online for customers, nor do they have any redeeming qualities aside from their receptionist who was probably the friendliest person in the building. Do not buy a car here, they sold it to me with a bad cylinder, bad spark plugs, bad engine, bad tires, among other stuff. It also still makes noises. Again, do not buy from here. I have been looking for a Car for a while, I always been told to stay away from car lots in New York but after I saw this car lo half star or 0 star. The car was priced at a Nice price (or so I thought ). I have been following this car for over a month so I called the lot to see if I was able to come and see the car. they said yes, but when I asked about the price they asked me did I read the fine print all the way at the bottom on their website. The fine print you can't see if you're not looking for it, it's all the way under the paragraph that talks about them and how they are founded on TRUST, INTEGRITY, AND RESPECT, all of that is a lie!!!! the sales rep told me the price on the website which is the same price on google, carfax and all the other sites is only if you put down 25% on the car and have to go through their FINANCE. the REAL PRICE WAS $10,000 over the listed price on all the websites and on their website!!! I was even told if I pay cash or check the price will go up another 15%. overall I would stay far far away from any lot that needs to LIE and put up FAKE prices just to get customers in the lot. this place is the reason why people don't go to mom and pop stores. they don't care about good business they care about screwing over the little guy. Save your money and time and find a different lot you will come out better. RUN AWAY from anything that has to do with this lot!!! More
