5-Star Customer Service from FRONT to BACK of house I cannot say enough good things about this Dealership & it’s Management Team!! I have now been working with them for about 4 years & have had two majo I cannot say enough good things about this Dealership & it’s Management Team!! I have now been working with them for about 4 years & have had two major issues with the Extended Warranty Company that was not their problem to handle yet they went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of me. Tyson is one of the best Managers I’ve ever worked with & was very efficient in finding solutions. Michael was my service advisor and point of contact through that entire nightmare & I cannot say enough good things about how me communicated every detail clearly even if it was bad news. Ultimately everything worked out & the Mechanic Supervisor Steve did some specialty work on my vehicle that required him to special order a part from Germany to read the electrical connections. These guys provided me transportation with Loaner Cars during this ENTIRE 2-3 month ordeal & ultimately showed me the type of respect that keeps me loyal with a brand so I will definitely be buying any of my Arizona vehicles from CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER!!
