Dear gdylan29: We understand that when you purchased the vehicle back in November, 2017, you also purchased a vehicle service contract with a particular company and that subsequent to that date, that company decided that they would no longer honor our dealership performing any repair work on the contracts. We are so sorry if you have been negatively affected by that company's decision. That being said, it should not have taken 3 days for our service department to inform of the issues with the particular company and we apologize for any inconvenience related to that delay. We have tried to reach out to you to discuss this further but have not received a return call.
