My experience with both the service department and management was exceptional. Bryan Sullivan in the service department provided exceptional service and communication. He's a genuinely nice guy who truly cares about the people who come into his service department. My car was serviced very promptly, and Bryan even took the initiative to fix a minor issue that wasn't part of my original service request, ensuring I wouldn't have any problems in the future. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are top-notch. Jack Schneider, the owner, is one of the friendliest and most personable people I've ever met. Every time I'm at the dealership, I make it a point to say hi to him because he's such a pleasure to talk to. Jack's warm and welcoming nature adds a personal touch to the overall experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Having worked in service departments and dealerships in my late teens and early 20s, I have the utmost respect for the great service I receive every time I visit. I've been going to Certified Benz and Beemer since 2012-2013, and even though three of my last six cars were not purchased from this dealership because they didn't have what I was looking for at the time, I still get them serviced here because the team is just that good! Three of those cars were purchased from Certified Benz and Beemer, and two of the three that weren't were not BMWs. They sell all cars, not just Benz and Beemers, which makes their exceptional service even more impressive. Had to bring the whip in after mah whife took her down to Ol Mexico for some fun in the sun. Check engine light came on. The sales representative was very helpful and the sale process was fairly easy. My only concern is to be aware of the vehicle certification check points. Had I knew this would be the case I might have Negotiated a different sell price or just pass on the purchase. They did work out a discount when I brought the vehicle in for service. More

I scratched the underneath of my car and had a piece of plastic hanging. I noticed this as I was driving and realized it was a Sunday where BMW service was closed.
