Service was not complete for the package I bought. Car wasn’t detailed on time even though it was promised at noon. I wouldn’t recommend buying the advantage package if they can’t follow through on the pr wasn’t detailed on time even though it was promised at noon. How many times can one service department lie? This is the second car I have given them an opportunity to do right by me...and the last. For starters they had my BMW 650 for 4 months to do a 3 This is the second car I have given them an opportunity to do right by me...and the last. For starters they had my BMW 650 for 4 months to do a 3 hour service repair and ended up buying the car from me because they butchered it so bad ( I have pics). They tried to make things right after the fact so I gave them a second chance...so now we are on my second car. The S550 needed a simple auxiliary battery replaced so I took it in and had it replaced for $249 which isn't too bad. A few months later the car tells me that the auxiliary battery is bad so I take it in and notify them and they tell me nope its your main battery this time, odd the car says its the auxiliary and of course its $460 for the main battery to be replaced. But the dummy I am, I have them replace the main battery and pay for it. A few months later the car tells me the auxiliary battery is dead again so I take it back and explain and they tell me nope its your key fob so I pay the $4 for that. 2 weeks later guess what? The car tells me the auxiliary battery is dead again and I tell them that, they tell me too bad its been too long since they replaced it. I advise them that I have been telling them to replace it for months so they tell me to bring it in and they will "take care of me". After sitting there for 2 hours they tell me they aren't going to pay for the replacement because their computer said it was fine when they checked it so they are going to give me a discount on the new one. GET THIS.... the price for the new one (after all this) is higher than the original one I replaced months ago... WITH A "DISCOUNT"! I politely ask him how in the xxxx this battery (supposedly being discounted) is more expensive than the first one I paid for and he starts jumbling papers and comes up with a xx story about how the system they use to calculate labor changed and he will cut the price for me. Needless to say its my fault for giving them a second chance. I bought 2 cars form them at over $100k and have 3 friends that I referred to them that have too. So they just lost thousands in future sales by trying to squeeze me for $250. Brilliant. More
Great experience as usual! I have had multiple vehicles serviced here and they always do a great job. I never have to guess on when my vehicle will be complete because they call right away with updates so serviced here and they always do a great job.
