Ten weeks after purchasing our car it needed a couple of expensive unforseeable repairs. My service advisor went to bat and the dealership agreed to COVER THESE REPAIRS at NO COST to us. SO IMPRESSED! I absolutely hate car shopping and being pressured to make decisions. My husband and I found this dealership online and they had the Porsche we were looking for. We met Jesus who took the ti pressured to make decisions. My husband and I found this dealership online and they had the Porsche we were looking for. We met Jesus who took the time to show us all of the available cars in our budget and some other cars that we might be potentially interested in. He got us a very fair trade in value for our BMW and never once pressured us to make a decision on the spot. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. We did what any responsible car shopper would do and looked at other dealerships for the car we were interested in, but one week later we came back to make our purchase. Jesus was not in that day, but he called me and introduced me to his amazing partner James, who took care of us. We had our 7 day old newborn with us, and he made sure to make the process as quick and painless as possible! Two days later, we noticed the car was shaking on the freeway after going over 65mph. I called Jesus and he said "no problem, we will take care of it immediately." He put me in contact with Rich Roberts from the service department. My husband and I were blown away with the customer service we received after this. First, they offered a full refund in case there was a serious issue with the vehicle even though we were past the 3 day grace period 2) They started the inspection immediately and checked the rotation and balance of the car. When that didn't solve the issue they sent it out to not one but TWO wheel specialists. They ended up putting 4 brand new tires on the car. They could have put cheap tires on there, but they didn't! They got us the best ones. In addition, Jesus called me every day to keep me updated and make sure I was 100% satisfied. Rich was also very communicative and made sure the car was in excellent condition before it was returned to us. Lastly, Rocio in finance was a sweetheart and again made the process quick and painless. She didn't try to push us into purchasing warranty. Overall we are very satisfied and love our new car! Highly recommend this dealership, especially James, Jesus, and Rich!! More
