Collin went out of his way to work me in under difficult circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. This was all while visiting from out of state and needing to return home circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. Not only was he able to help with completing the inspection, walking me through all findings (which were requested as a second opinion vs the local BMW dealer inspection same week), but also identify an important miss that could have proven costly on my return trip.
