Another great service experience with Colin Moore at CBB -- easy drop-off in the 'early-bird" on a Sunday evening after encountering an unexpected mechanical problem, quick call on Monday morning to confirm -- easy drop-off in the 'early-bird" on a Sunday evening after encountering an unexpected mechanical problem, quick call on Monday morning to confirm receipt of the car and to discuss what was going on, prompt mechanical evaluation and confirmation of what needed to be done and the cost associated therewith, completed the work in a few hours and had the car ready to go and sparkling just after noon.
