He made sure the 2 issues with our vehicle were taken care of and even provided a loaner vehicle for us when a part wasn't delivered on time and our vehicle needed to be kept overnight. The vehicle was ready when promised the next morning, and both issues were fixed correctly with no problems since then. I acquired an older car that needed repairs. Prior to purchase, I had a mechanic look at it and he was very negative about the car and made me feel foolish for considering it. I felt renewed and positive. I was given a loaner car, he always returned my calls in a timely manner, he talked in a supportive and informative way. Throughout the entire experience, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals with the vehicle and keep the price reasonable. I must say too, being able to sit in the lounge, have a cup of coffee and not have to deal with looking at the car, looking at what needs to be done, and all those things under the hood was a pleasure. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed my vehicle., The next day I was told my battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced! (I must have left something on in the car when I went out of town.)So refreshing to know they could have taken me for a new battery and I wouldn't have know the difference BUT THEY DIDN'T! Honesty! Scott was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I am not used to newer cars with sensors and my tire pressure sensor was on.
