I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and during the inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the ve inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the vehicle with the condition of the tires and said he would do evrything he could to keep my cost down. He was able to find me 2 new back tires and said the front tires would be ok a little bit longer but to get them done as soon as I was able to. Other items were noted to be done and we scheduled had them done as they were covered under warranty! Yay!! And Scott was able to make sure everything was done. I then came back and had the 2 front tires replaced. Scott was awesome! He took the time to make sure my needs were met as a customer and more importantly my families saftey. Tyson Muse was assigned as my service advisor soon after buying my vehicle in order to fix some minor issues the dealer had agreeded to address at the sale. Unfortunately the minor issues were a bit more d buying my vehicle in order to fix some minor issues the dealer had agreeded to address at the sale. Unfortunately the minor issues were a bit more difficult to fix than initially thought. Tyson not once questioned me and simply would let me not to worry, all would be resolved. I am happy to say the dealership stepped up and eventually fixed all the issues with the vehicle. All of the service department were great to deal with as well, all freindly and very open in everything they were doing, often showing me the work in progress. I would not hesitate recomending this service department to anyone in need of routine service to their vehicle. More

Travis efficiently facilitated some body work on my newly purchased surburban as well as fixing the nail in one of my tires. This story begins November of this past year, and was completed in the beginning of this Feburary, 2013. Starting out I would like to thank all Certified Benz and Beemer employee's. Back on the 29th of completed in the beginning of this Feburary, 2013. Starting out I would like to thank all Certified Benz and Beemer employee's. Back on the 29th of November 2012, I was driving back up to my house in Payson, AZ. while driving I had the unfortunet accident with a large Pit Bull. The dog was dispanded by the Officer which was not an experience that I wanted. The car had body and engine damage. Parts of the under wheel well riped out as well the beginning of a Coolent system nightmare. My BMW 325i was towed from Payson to Certified Benz and Beemer. There the car was assest correctly but My insurance ajustor was strongly advising me from having the car worked on at Certified Benz and Beemer, because he said their cost was to high. The adjustor requested that the Viehicle be taken to the shop of his choice which was Chapmen BMW collision center. I informed the adjustor that I was against this due to prior problems with Chapmen auto group. Unfortunatly the car was taken to be worked on at Chapmen. Apon recieving the car back at Chapmen, I drove home to Payson to get my bags and to head out to meet my Biological Mother and Brothers and Sisters for the first time in 27 Years sense I was adopted in 1985. When I pulled in to the complex, the I heard a loud BANG like a gun shot sound. All of assuden the engine overheated the ratiator was not fixed correctly and the coolent system failed and the reservor exploded like a BOMB. So now I had no car, no way to get to the first time arrival of a family reuniting, and a beginning of a major stressor that triggered my PTSD from the Millitary. I was hospitalied twice for this PTSD trigger episode from the beginning of the Bang in the engine to the squable with the Chapmen and Insurance. Finally after a combined 8 days in the Va Hospital I listened to my family and Attorney advisor, to have the car pulled from Chapmen and Retowed Back To Certified Benz and Beemer. There I was asst. by Scott Paisch and Charles the Mechanic. I payed out of pocket what my insurance was to pay of $442 dollars for a ratiator part at Chapmen that should have been covered by my Insurance DUE TO THEY REPLACED THE RATIATOR! Plus $500 for my reasonable deductible Plus then $1,658.58 to Certified Benz and Beemer to fix my car to its coolents original condition before for the accident. Certified Benz and Beemer is great and highly recommended in my book. They go above and beyond and they're Price turned out to be cheaper then the price at Chapmen BMW collision which was in the $6,000 Range and payed by my Gieco. I do not Trust the integity or Buisness Ethics fo Chapmen Nor Gieco. Thank you to all your employee's for fixing my car and getting me back on the road and being there for me to help with the conclusion of such unnessisary stress. More
We just had a new navigational system installed in our Mercedes SLK 350. Chris Reyes and Scott Paich are the two gentlemen that worked with us. Chris has to be one of the most knowledgeable, diplomatic, charming members of any management team we have ever met. All you have to do is ask and he will deliver, a true man of his word. He is also excellent at following up and keeping in touch with his customers. He should be considered a model of superior customer service. Scott is also very impressive! His knowledge and dedication, as well as professionalism and honesty are always greatly appreciated by us. He also makes sure that anything you need assistance or have a problem with, he is there to handle it, rest assured. He anticipates the needs of his customers and accommodates them, quickly and painlessly. Once again, Chris Reyes and Scott Paich have amazed us with their attentiveness and professionalism. Both are a tremendous asset to Certified Benz and Beemer.
