Maxwell, our driver, was very courteous When we returned we were told the car was in excellent condition and no additional work was required. The car was cleaner than when we arrived (not spotless but OK) and we left very satisfied with the experience. More

We stumbled on Certified Benz and Beamers on our way to another car dealer. The minute we entered the building the atmosphere was perfect and we were treated with the utmost respect. I've never been to a car dealership where the owner greets you and genuinely cares. Bottom line my girls were approved for TWO cars one each of course. Since then the service has not changed. The service department...what can I say...have been OVER caring. I live in CA and just knowing they're not being taken advantage of , gives me peace of mind. When Travis was promoted we had the pleasure of dealing with ISAAC MOY in the service dept....WOW!
