Travis is Amazing!!! It is frustrating when your car breaks down in the hot Arizona sun. It's worst when you make several calls and receive horrible customer service. I can honestly say you will not recieve that dis service at Certified Benz and Beemer. I made one call and Travis gave exceptional customer service! He provided a postive response everytime I explained my concern. I truly appreciate how Travis never dropped the ball, he guided me from the beginning of my repair to the end. I was so amazed, I have passed out business cards to my clients and family. Travis, Thank You for Professional,caring customer service five stars is not enough!!! You go above and beyond and Im grateful. I would also like to add: no matter when I come in, even days Travis is gone the Great service doesn't stop there. Trustworthy! I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flus I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flush and front/rear differential service. I was told I didn't need to do those for another 10,000 miles but I did them anyways. Being a female bringing my car in for service I felt very comfortable here and felt that I could really trust these guys. I was never hit with any additional services that I did not need. Tyson was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I was also offered a loaner for the day and was able to run my errands while my car was being serviced. More

Tyson went the extra mile for me. I dropped my car off for service and Tyson was nice enough to make arrangements to give me a ride to my appointment. After my car was ready Tyson cal I dropped my car off for service and Tyson was nice enough to make arrangements to give me a ride to my appointment. After my car was ready Tyson called me to make me aware that I could retrieve my car. I was in a meeting and was not be able to break free to make it to the dealership in time. Given my situation Tyson was quick to offer a solution of having my car be delivered to me. This was a welcomed solution that not only exceeded my expectations it demonstrated to me that Certified B&B is customer focused. I'm a customer for life--these guys are awesome!! More

Excellent Service I had to come in for service on my recently purchased 2011 328i BMW. It was a bit frustrating because the car was only a few weeks old and I had to al I had to come in for service on my recently purchased 2011 328i BMW. It was a bit frustrating because the car was only a few weeks old and I had to already get service done. Turns out, there was a bad spark plug that needed to be changed. Fortunately, I worked with Travis Woodyard who was very helpful and fixed the issue right away. Probably about I week later I had an issue with my tires so I emailed Travis, he called me back within that same day which I was very happy about. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as assistance goes with getting new tires but was very pleased. Travis seemed very eager to help me and ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. He advised me to bring the car in to get looked at so at least we will know what has to get done. While the issues with my car weren't major, he still made me feel like it was a priority to get the issues fixed. I definitely will go to Travis next time I have any business with the service department. More
