Amazing Service!!! My service experience began with me trying to drop off my car while heading out of the country. The service department was kind enough to provide me a drop off at the airport with my bags after I arrived at the dealership and 7:30AM. Timing was very close! After arriving at the airport I realized I forgot a critical bag in the car they were servicing. I called the dealership and explained my issue and that I had only 30 minutes before I needed to be through security and on my way. Without hesitation they found my bag in the vehicle and ran it up to me at the Terminal 4 door! I cannot explain enough how AMAZING this service team was to me and how they SAVED the day! While I was out of the country Morgan kept me up to date via email on the repairs, cost and timing. THIS is IMPECCABLE, UNMATCHED Customer Service and I will forever be greatful for everything they did for me. AND my car is running like a champ! I will never go anywhere else! More
