In the Desert Southwest,or the Phoenix Metro, the BEST..!! I have only had,and driven MB"s I now have a ML 500 GREAT CAR indeed.My 1st Benz was a 1952 Black& Chrome S160.That began my love affair began with I have only had,and driven MB"s I now have a ML 500 GREAT CAR indeed.My 1st Benz was a 1952 Black& Chrome S160.That began my love affair began with MB began. My next MB was a 1976 300 Turbo Diesel, Which I drove till 2007. I brought my current MB from CBB when they were in Mesa on Main St. What a great place I was treated like a king.I think in 2012 they moved to there present location,There service Dept. is STELLAR...!!! I wish to send a BIG thanks and At-a-boy to my main man MORGAN McLEOD,,,!!! :-) I hope his boss reads this. I would say to him What ever your paying him is not enough..!! He listens to your concerns, finds you alternative transportation when it applies and updates you by phone concerning repairs/service. Front to back the quality experience keeps me coming back. It should be noted that I drive 45 miles to CBB (Anthem to South Scottsdale) and pass both Schumacher and Scottsdale Porsche to drop my vehicles off at CBB for Service. Best Service Experience Ever!! We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly discussed the service that we needed and told us that if we had a couple of hours that they could perform the service today. In a little over an hour, he let us know that our car was finished and gave us an update on battery status, etc. After some less than ideal experiences at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership in the past, this was such a departure from the sometimes stressful, half day experience that usually happens when we would get our car serviced.
