Everyone knows when you buy a vehicle there is always going to be maintenance and repairs. I live right across the street from Chapman BMW and went there ONLY once. It was horrible service. I was very disappointed. I was not the only one there that said "We will never come back". The only place I will take my car is the service dept at cert benz n beemer. I work with Brian Sullivan and Charles Glass. These guys are yhe best you could hope for to service your vehicle. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with and always pleasant and friendly.
