It should be noted that I drive 45 miles to CBB (Anthem to South Scottsdale) and pass both Schumacher and Scottsdale Porsche to drop my vehicles off at CBB for Service. Best Service Experience Ever!! We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly discussed the service that we needed and told us that if we had a couple of hours that they could perform the service today. In a little over an hour, he let us know that our car was finished and gave us an update on battery status, etc. After some less than ideal experiences at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership in the past, this was such a departure from the sometimes stressful, half day experience that usually happens when we would get our car serviced.
