From the sales staff to service. Nothing but high class. The driver who gave me a ride back to my office was pleasant and personable. I enjoyed my ride and our conversation. My only complaint was with the driver who picked me up on the return trip back to the dealer. He must have been in a hurry because he started off before I even had my door closed or my seatbelt on. He was a young kid, so I am imagine he has a lot of learning to do. More

Amazing Service I'm not one to write reviews, cannot remember a time I have even done so. That said, the service I received at CBB & in particular service advisor Mi I'm not one to write reviews, cannot remember a time I have even done so. That said, the service I received at CBB & in particular service advisor Michael Miller was so impressive I felt the need. Recently bought a used Mercedes SUV from another dealer, immediately had issues & brought to CBB on the advise of a friend. Michael met me as soon as I pulled in, quickly had me scheduled for service & I was on my way. Follow up texts were so appreciated, as was his research into solving the problems (which involved scouring the entire US for a replacement AMG rim, very hard to find). Again, I am not one to do reviews & overall hard to impress. I am in sales & know the value of a good presentation. Just so hard to find that kind of service that really makes you take notice. Not here, Michael alone has made me a long time client of this dealership. More
