Top quality service from Brian Sullivan and Juan Garcia My first contact with Brian by phone was so impressive when calling about my Audi A5 problem made me set the appointment to get my car in right away. My first contact with Brian by phone was so impressive when calling about my Audi A5 problem made me set the appointment to get my car in right away. Brian assured me that the mechanics are specialists and would be able to repair my vehicle. I was in tears, fearing that I would need a new motor of which I definitely could not afford to replace. Brian checked me in, put me in a loaner car, and told me exactly when I would hear from him and with an estimate. Brian later informed me that the mechanic could repair my car, and when it would be ready along with the estimate. I couldn't wait to get home after picking up my car less than a week later to write this review. I made it a point to meet the mechanic in person, and he is Juan Garcia. Juan is the mechanic I will forever request to work on my car. My car is running so smooth now and is not shutting down on me while in motion. I didn't need a new engine after all. I thank both Brian and Juan for being honest, hardworking, and dedicated to their profession. I will definitely refer anyone who needs an excellent and honest service team to Brian and Juan. However, when picking up our car and dealing with Val Atwood it was a very different scenario. Not pleased at all with her customer service and lack of. Waited and waited for our car and the employee that was to bring it to us was not sure at all what to do. She did not assist in any manner....we had to literally point out where our car was in the parking lot. She did nothing and ignored our entire situation....really poor service! Not the norm from all other experiences we have had at Benz & Beemer. Very disappointing! More

He consulted the original service tech that drove the vehicle before our purchase and verified that the problem was new. They immediately provided us with a loaner vehicle and began repairs. During repairs Miller kept us updated with the progress and successful completion. Service advisor Mike Miller keeps us coming back not only for service and repairs, but for our next purchase.
