S-class Maintenance I've been going to this Dealership since 2013 to get my BMW serviced and now my Mercedes S-class. Had a/c problems and didn't have much time on my han I've been going to this Dealership since 2013 to get my BMW serviced and now my Mercedes S-class. Had a/c problems and didn't have much time on my hands to get it done. My service tech Mike recomended a diagostic & a/c service which took them no time to complete! Friendly staff, clean showroom/waiting room and speedy service. Better pricing than you'd get at the Big Dealership and still certified/quality service!! A-1 people. More

However, I have found that service after the sale is a real indicator of how good a dealership is. My experience at certified Benz and Beamer after the sale has been exceptional. There was a small cosmetic flaw with the vehicle that I purchased; the dealership was willing to work with me to get the flaw repaired. Aside from a small communication problem initially, which was rectified very quickly, the repair was done perfectly. overall I was extremely pleased with my experience and can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
