Service, service, service! Collin from Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) took great care of me. I was in the unfortunate situation of finding out that my 2012 BMW 550i needed a new Collin from Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) took great care of me. I was in the unfortunate situation of finding out that my 2012 BMW 550i needed a new engine. But because I had purchased the car from CBB and the warranty that they offered to me, I paid nothing out of pocket for a brand new engine from BMW. I was provided a loaner vehicle to get around in until the service was complete. Collin also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle via text message so he didn’t have to bother me in the middle of work or during my leisure time. He even made sure that my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up. They gave me the new car dealership experience for my pre-owned vehicle. More

Help! A day before driving my car out of state for the first time i got a nail in my tires while driving on the freeway.
