A week later I came in to look at a Range Rover, and Jim took his time with me again to go over the SUV and my trade in. Ended up getting an agreeable trade in value and we made the deal. The sales manager I spoke to, Dustin, was very nice and gave no pressure whatsoever. And lastly the finance manager Tracey was very pleasant and funny, and made the document process quick and painless. Even after I bought the car when there were a few very minor, Val in service paid quick attention to these items and took care of them quickly. Overall a great experience buying a car there. Engine light on dash came on unexpectiedly I went to the Service Department of Certified Benz & Beemers and was promptly met by Tyson. I explained what had happened and he said that he would g I went to the Service Department of Certified Benz & Beemers and was promptly met by Tyson. I explained what had happened and he said that he would get someone on it right away. Within 30 minutes he came to me and said that the light came on because I needed an oil change. He also discovered that a tire sensor was not giving a proper reading so he had that fixed as well. Tyson handled everything in a very professional manner and I was back on the road in a very short time. I highly recommend Certified Benz & Beemer's Service. More
