All initial questions were answered, so we planned for me to come in and have a look. To my dismay she saw a yellow beetle parked under the covered parking outside and she chose that one which was newer and just as clean!! Lifetime powertrain warranty included in price!! Not your typical car buying experience Darrell Hair was great! I was expecting the "usual" experience....aggressive salesman, pushing me to buy all the warranties etc.…. Darrell allowed the quality of the car to speak for itself. Due to unforeseen issues, I had to wait a few days to take delivery of my car, Darrell sent me pictures of where my car would be stored until I was able to pick it up. I had a little summer cold when I picked up my vehicle, Darrell text me AFTER the sale to just check on me....what sales person does that??!! Overall, I give the Certified Autoplex a big thumbs up!!
