Once entered in their dear show room, they all wants to take decision within few minutes without giving proper information about their products but here at Certified Autoplex, I got different experience. First time I saw, they are Customer Friendly and giving them all options and time to think. Because of that customers can choose better options as per their requirements. Stellar experience; great facility; zero regrets! I was doing nationwide searches for an S4 with specific options. Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollt I was doing nationwide searches for an S4 with specific options. Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollton, 20 minutes from the office. Rich was fantastic from the first handshake and really made the experience a good one. The car was what I was looking for and I got financing squared away on my own only to find that Rich could get me an even better rate! When I arrived to close the deal, finance had already pre-processed everything so the time needed to get through the paperwork was at a minimum. Certified included a lifetime powertrain warranty which I greatly appreciate. The detail shop had this S4 looking brand new when I left the dealership.
