POOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL BOGUS WARRANTY We purchased a 2013 BMW 135IS Convertible from Certified Autoplex. The car was problematic from week 2. A oil leak which would have easily been detect We purchased a 2013 BMW 135IS Convertible from Certified Autoplex. The car was problematic from week 2. A oil leak which would have easily been detected with any sort of reasonable inspection was overlooked. I asked the provided warranty company to repair the leak. They denied the claim and said it was a pre-existing condition. I had to take it to another location to repair on my own. A week later the turbocharger charge pipe failed. A trip to the service shop resulted in the diagnosis that the car had been previously modified. The result another warranty denial. Certified had not properly inspected the car prior to sale. Certified refused to assist in the matter. No effort was given to assist or honor their lifetime warranty representations. More
