Josh was cool, but it took a while to confirm loan I knew what car I wanted and probably made it easy for Josh, but he did answer the questions I had and was honest with me up front. I appreciated Josh and his quick responses even on his day off. I was annoyed at how long it took to confirm my loan. I understand what my credit looked like and understood I would be reviewed. where I had an issue was the fact that after 3 business days the loan officer called me and said the loan couldn’t be finalized until after I took the car off the lot. I was told about the previous customer that provided fake documents and stole a vehicle and about the dealerships practice on not releasing the car. In my opinion the reaction to that occurrence has created a negative experience for your customers that are honest and legitimately providing real documents. I came prepared, had all of the required documents, didn’t haggle the price as much as I could have, provided a down payment, and was disappointed with the response I received. Especially after the loan officer advised me of the normal practice. I have the car finally, but I won’t be recommending you guys to anyone else. More
