My experiences with Cerritos Nissan have been outstanding since I bought my cars there. The quality and attention to which I have been treated has been an excellent one to say the least. My advisor has always been Mr. Jeff Nomura and I could not get a more professional, knowledgable and more polite that him. These people need to be recognized for the dedication that they show their customers. That is a great reason for me to continue taking my car to have it serviced there. I wanted to write anyway to let you know how much I appreciated two of your service specialists, Dan Millhouse and Jeffery Nomura. They not only gave me great customer service for my vehicle, but more appreciated two of your service specialists, Dan Millhouse and Jeffery Nomura. They not only gave me great customer service for my vehicle, but more importantly, they were sympathetic to me in regards to my husband's recent stroke. As I try single-handedly to meet all the new demands on our family, it is imperitive that I have a vehicle that I can count on. Both Dan and Jefferey reassured me that they were there for me, that in other words, "They had my back". Karen, their support and kind words touched me deeply. I bought a car from this dealership back in 2006 - Nissan Maxima - and then I returned this past week (2/3 & 2/4/11) and returned the used car (Nissan Maxima) and bought a new car. They were patient with me Maxima - and then I returned this past week (2/3 & 2/4/11) and returned the used car (Nissan Maxima) and bought a new car. They were patient with me in that I tried several cars and ended up with a 2011 Sentra. I drove it off the lot after spending time with the financial person (Adolpho). Once I got it home and into my driveway, garage I realized I was not happy and that I could not keep this car and have to finance it each month. So the next day I drove it back to the dealer and spoke with Richard Vasile. He understood my problem and said that I should try a Juke. I told him "no" that I wanted a car with a little more "bells & whistles" but I didn't want that one because I had never heard of it. Well, suffice to say that after several times driving a different vehicle - I did try the Juke AND I am so delighted with it. I love driving it every minute. I would do advertising for it if asked. It is great!! Richard was very patient, caring and just waited while I tried every car but that and when I finally drove the Juke - that was it. Back I went to the finance person who was equally as patient and kind. I brought my friend, Steve, with me and I think he kept everyone entertained while I made up my mind. My friend was equally as impressed with the dealership and he, like me, would recommend Cerritos Nissan dealership to anyone and everyone. HAVE WONDERFUL DAY!!!! The salesman I spoke with at Cerritos Nissan was a knew very little about the car I was interested in, yet claimed to be an expert mechanic and could answer any mechanical question, but was not able to do very little about the car I was interested in, yet claimed to be an expert mechanic and could answer any mechanical question, but was not able to do that either. Rather than tell me that he doesn't know, or will find out, he would give me inaccurate information, or tell me that options on the car are available, but really aren't except on different models. If I hadn't already known about the cars, I may not have realized that I was being lied to, but I definitely was. Please be careful if you need to go to this dealer. They do not know what they are talking about. Even the manager who came out to help, did not know the answers, then when the questions got too difficult, just disappeared and did not return. More

Went in to take my truck for a timing belt change and possibly other work. I obviously asked for a quote. I was told that it would be $900 for the work. I ask why that high? I told a bunch of junk, t possibly other work. I obviously asked for a quote. I was told that it would be $900 for the work. I ask why that high? I told a bunch of junk, that provably was memorized from a book on "how to sell your service at ridiculous high prices". We only used quality parts, blah, blah, blah. That it is competitive. Competitive? This quote was almost twice (that is almost 2x or almost 100%) more than the second highest quote I got from nearby shops. After talking a few more minutes they went from selling me their services to making me feel like I was cheap and then they started the scare tactics, that is when I left. Well I took it to a shop a friend recommended in Westminster and for less than the price of changing the timing belt at this dealer, they changes all the belts, installed a new water pumped(with new coolant), change the motor, transmission and differential oil, installed new air filters, new fuel filter, rotated the tires, check the air pressure of my spare tire, check my brake pads, change the plugs, topped off all the fluids and wash my truck in and out. And I even paid tax on all the parts (for less than the dealer price). Oh and all that with 12 month 12,000 miles warranty. Then I found out that the shop I used to service my Chevy normally works with Japanese vehicles and would of done the same as the dealer in Westminster but cheaper. Well I learn, do not even THINK of taking it to the dealer. More

Unless your name is Earnhardt, you're probably like the rest of us that can't stand to buy a new car. I've purchased MANY and this was one of my better experiences. I originally was looking to buy a new Maxima and this dealership is close to my house and I wanted to buy from the dealership that would be servicing the car. It turned that I found a better equipped used one at Cerritos Nissan. I was trading in my Dakota - got a fair price. I haven't taken it in for service yet but I'm sure I'll go back. More
