I have used this dealership before..everyone has always been very helpful , but in general for all dealers, tell them tostop the high pressure "finance officer" Sales !! I am so pleased with my new 2011 Nissan Rogue that Grace (Internet Dept) sold me! I absolutely love Grace she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she always asks me about my family, whom she re (Internet Dept) sold me! I have serviced my Rogue twice and Jeffrey Nomura was amazing! Everyone at Cerritos Nissan have been wonderful to deal with and I love the fact that they recognize me on sight! I came with my mother to support her in buying a new Nissan Juke. Now while I wasn't the one buying, I was treated as if I was... with friendliness and care. Both the Sales Associate and Manager treated us with courtesy and respect. We were able to come to agreement on price with out major haggling. They not only gave me great customer service for my vehicle, but more importantly, they were sympathetic to me in regards to my husband's recent stroke. As I try single-handedly to meet all the new demands on our family, it is imperitive that I have a vehicle that I can count on. Both Dan and Jefferey reassured me that they were there for me, that in other words, "They had my back". Karen, their support and kind words touched me deeply. I bought a car from this dealership back in 2006 - Nissan Maxima - and then I returned this past week (2/3 & 2/4/11) and returned the used car (Nissan Maxima) and bought a new car. They were patient with me Maxima - and then I returned this past week (2/3 & 2/4/11) and returned the used car (Nissan Maxima) and bought a new car. They were patient with me in that I tried several cars and ended up with a 2011 Sentra. I drove it off the lot after spending time with the financial person (Adolpho). Once I got it home and into my driveway, garage I realized I was not happy and that I could not keep this car and have to finance it each month. So the next day I drove it back to the dealer and spoke with Richard Vasile. He understood my problem and said that I should try a Juke. I told him "no" that I wanted a car with a little more "bells & whistles" but I didn't want that one because I had never heard of it. Well, suffice to say that after several times driving a different vehicle - I did try the Juke AND I am so delighted with it. I love driving it every minute. I would do advertising for it if asked. It is great!! Richard was very patient, caring and just waited while I tried every car but that and when I finally drove the Juke - that was it. Back I went to the finance person who was equally as patient and kind. I brought my friend, Steve, with me and I think he kept everyone entertained while I made up my mind. My friend was equally as impressed with the dealership and he, like me, would recommend Cerritos Nissan dealership to anyone and everyone. HAVE WONDERFUL DAY!!!! The salesman I spoke with at Cerritos Nissan was a knew very little about the car I was interested in, yet claimed to be an expert mechanic and could answer any mechanical question, but was not able to do very little about the car I was interested in, yet claimed to be an expert mechanic and could answer any mechanical question, but was not able to do that either. Rather than tell me that he doesn't know, or will find out, he would give me inaccurate information, or tell me that options on the car are available, but really aren't except on different models. If I hadn't already known about the cars, I may not have realized that I was being lied to, but I definitely was. Please be careful if you need to go to this dealer. They do not know what they are talking about. Even the manager who came out to help, did not know the answers, then when the questions got too difficult, just disappeared and did not return. More
