Cerritos Nissan

My car (2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible) was broken into from the convertible top, and was totally ripped to shreds. I went to Cerritos Nissan Collison Center for repairs. Danny helped me and the outcome wa from the convertible top, and was totally ripped to shreds. I went to Cerritos Nissan Collison Center for repairs. Danny helped me and the outcome was awesome; I highly recommend this location and Danny! The only downside was the price of the soft top, as some of my colleagues found a few cheaper tops (not by a lot though). The repair took about a week or two, but was worth the wait... They really did a great job and took the time to pay close attention to detail. However, when I went to pick up my car, the rubber moldings around the base of the soft top were further damaged (they were already worn and damaged from the previous owner). When I informed Danny, he was unfront and honest about it, and offered to repair it for free and only pay for the product (it was a cheap product for the car). Everything is now in perfect and mint condition. Once the repairs were finished, they detailed my car for free (an excellent job), and self-delivered my car back to my house while I was at work. He didn't even need to call for detailed directions, as my house is difficult to locate. Everyone at the office is wonderful, and definitely helped me get through my first vandalized car experience. I have never been anywhere where the customer service was better than here. More

I have been bringing in my Nissans for service to Cerritos Nessan for a very long time. I only deal with Peter Chavez. I have used this dealership before..everyone has always been very helpful , but in general for all dealers, tell them tostop the high pressure "finance officer" Sales !! I am so pleased with my new 2011 Nissan Rogue that Grace (Internet Dept) sold me! I absolutely love Grace she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she always asks me about my family, whom she re (Internet Dept) sold me!
