I am happy I purchased my Altima at Cerritos Nissan. I am always contacted when my car is due for an oil change. They also call me after to see how my visit went. I was worried I was not going to be able to afford to have my tires rotated, it turned out I didn't need to because it came free with my gold membership. My Service Consultant, Dan Millhouse asked if I had any coupons to do that for me, but remembered that I was a gold member. During inspection, he called me and notified me regarding my brakes. I did forget about my brakes and procrastinated on them. He was able to fix my brakes and it didn't take all day either. I love bringing my car in every time because the even wash and vacuum your car free! Dan even got my license plate screwed on for me. I always get a run down of my cars diagnosis, and I feel safer to know what my car needs or has had done to it. I even got an email from Dan when I got home regarding my cars diagnosis. The staff always makes me feel like I live in a close knit community, they make me feel like family and that is why I decided to rate them on this site. Dan definitely should be recognized for everything that he does. I am 44 years old and I am a Manager at a local Bank so I know what great customer service is like. Dan exemplifies the customer service experience that I remember years ago when ever you walked into an establishment. He really takes pride and ownership in following up with your requests and is so happy and energetic to work with. Thank you Dan for helping me with the service on my vehicle.
