I recently had a frustrating experience with Cerritos Nissan while trying to trade in my 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport SV. After checking my vehicle's value on KBB, which estimated it at $21,000 - $22,000, I w Nissan while trying to trade in my 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport SV. After checking my vehicle's value on KBB, which estimated it at $21,000 - $22,000, I was contacted by Russell Roshandel from the dealership. He initially offered me $17,100, mentioning it was just a starting point and that the value will go higher after an inspection. Over the next few days, I was bombarded with emails, texts, and calls from the dealership eager to get me in. I made it clear that I was looking for a trade-in value around $20K-$22K and wasn’t interested in making the 30-mile drive unless we could discuss this further. Russ assured me that my expectations were reasonable, but I would need to complete a free mechanical inspection. After making the trip to the dealership, I met Russ, who handed me off to a salesperson named Octavo villa. I was excited to negotiate on a 2024 Rogue, but my hopes quickly faded. After about 30 minutes, I was presented with a trade-in offer of just $17,000. This was significantly lower than the KBB value and not even close to what I was expecting. Octavo mentioned a discount was offered on the new vehicle, but after doing the math, it didn’t add up. Feeling insulted, I left the dealership. On the drive home, Russ called to ask why I had left, only to reiterate the same $17,100 offer. He then claimed my vehicle needed new tires and a lot of work, despite not having inspected it himself. This was frustrating since I had just serviced the car two months prior and the tires still have over 30,000 miles before needing replacement. Overall, my experience with Cerritos Nissan was disappointing. Their offers were far below market value, and the way they handled my trade-in was unprofessional. I cannot recommend this dealership; it felt more like an insult than a negotiation. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere. More

Why do service writers see a female and automatically jack up the price. I went into Nissan Cerritos to get my oil change. This service writer tells me I need to get my brake fluid exchange. Not sure if jack up the price. I went into Nissan Cerritos to get my oil change. This service writer tells me I need to get my brake fluid exchange. Not sure if I really do because upon reading online it says 20,000 or 30,000 so why did he recommend it. Then funny thing, when I was paying he showed me a bunch of future recommended things for me to do. So tell me why.. when I saw the price of the brake fluid exchange it wa for $224.95??? He charged me $324 today!! Then i looked online and recommended charge for this service is $80 to $200. Now im thinking of bringing my Nissan to toyota or honda to get seviced. Left a bad taste in my mouth. TELL ME WHY IS THERE NO TRANSPERANCY WITH PRICING IN THE SERVICE DEPT?? To the owners/ managers you should have pricing up so us customers don't have to worry about getting ripped off all the time? More
My husband and I had a very pleasant experience working with our salesperson, Icekk. He made sure that we got a car that we “loved” and not just liked. My husband had a lot of specifications and Icekk pati with our salesperson, Icekk. He made sure that we got a car that we “loved” and not just liked. My husband had a lot of specifications and Icekk patiently met each and every one with patience and a great attitude. We also appreciated Icekk’s reliable and thorough communication. What stood out to us about both Icekk and Chris (finance person) was their genuine interest in us and our needs. They made us feel really comfortable, we didn’t feel pressured, and they were so personable to chat with and down to earth. A special thanks to Icekk for going out of his way to send us the pair of sunglasses my husband left behind in our old car we traded in! We’ve never had a better experience shopping for a car. For a 1 out of 10 experience, Icekk and Chris made it a 10! :) More
I took my Nissan Sentra to Cerritos Nissan on July 25th 2023 for having a low psi on my rear driver tire. Dean Hubbard saw the nail right away and told me that it was in a patchable area and it would cost 2023 for having a low psi on my rear driver tire. Dean Hubbard saw the nail right away and told me that it was in a patchable area and it would cost $35 for the service. We proceeded with the service and I waited in the service department for at least an hour which I was happy to do since I needed it fixed asap. I live in Lakewood and I travel to Tustin everyday for work. On December 16th I took my Nissan Sentra to my sister's AAMCO shop for an oil change and to have my rear driver tire inspected again because the psi was low again. I thought it was strange since the tire was patched on July 25th 2023. After further inspection it was discovered that the tire was plugged and NOT patched! My sister's technician took a photo of the plugged tire. I went straight to Cerritos Nissan and explained to them the situation. Marco Soto and I both read the original repair order number 991129 and it clearly stated that the tire was patched. Anyone who knows about cars would know the difference between a tire patch and tire plug. A TIRE PLUG IS TEMPORARY! At that point I did not want them to touch my vehicle again and wanted to leave with my refund. It was the weekend of my dad's funeral so I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated. They issued a refund and told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive. I called January 2nd 2024 to follow up on the refund I was promised and never received. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for a more days but now it's January 4th and I'm being told the refund was cancelled and a check was issued. Why?? I'm not sure!! They told me it would take another week to receive. MY PROBLEM NOW WITH NISSAN IS THAT IF I DID NOT CALL TO FOLLOW UP ON THE REFUND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE JUST BRUSHED IT UNDER THE CARPET AND HOPED I FORGOT. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER WEEK?? MAYBE BECAUSE THE CHECK WAS NEVER ISSUED IN THE BEGINNING. I have three babies all under the age of 3. What would have happened if I was driving with them and the tire busted while driving?? I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CERRITOS NISSAN!! THESE REVIEWS WILL CONTINUE EVERY DAY UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOVLED!! AT THIS POINT IT'S ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE AND THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY!! More
