Usually I’ve dealt with rude, aggressive, and pushy, but Dennie was complete opposite of that. Beware Lying Sales Rep First off I would give a zero if I can. Found a used 2015 Infiniti QX80 on Cerrito Nissans website and contacted Internet Director Chris Pachla to First off I would give a zero if I can. Found a used 2015 Infiniti QX80 on Cerrito Nissans website and contacted Internet Director Chris Pachla to work out a deal. Asked Chris to walk the SUV to see if the SUV had any scratches. Chris called few minutes later while using his mobile to walk the suv and stated that the vehicle only had one scratch on it which they can buff out. That was a LIE. My wife and I flew in from Sacramento to purchase the SUV and upon arrival the SUV had multiple deep scratches and the passenger side running board was separated by 2-3 inches from the suv with scratches from the front to rear of the suv. Damages have to be in the estimate of 3-5k. Saul reached out to Nathan via text since he wasn’t at the dealership and Nathan had the following to say. Nathan, the sales manager basically said that we are getting a good deal and this was the only suv that we wanted in a 500 mile radius, hence the reason we flew out to Long Beach. WE DID NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE..I would not spend 46k on a car with 3-5k in damages. 2/27 reached out and spoke with Karen since Nathan won’t return my calls. Karen mentioned she was the client relations manager. I told her my issue and she spoke with Chris and he mentioned that he disclosed everything that was important to me about the suv. WOW I guess not telling me about the major scratches weren’t important. Stay away from this dealership. Save your time and go somewhere else. Spent my time and $700+ dollars in airfare which could have been avoided if Chris was honest from the start. Asked for a reimbursement of my $700 and Karen menttioned Brandon Bingham refused. Ended up buying a New QX80 locally at Elk Grove Infiniti who has honest and straight forward sales reps. More
