Crappy service We purchased a car about 1week and a half ago granted the car was not brand new but was still 23 thousand We were shown the car during night time ev We purchased a car about 1week and a half ago granted the car was not brand new but was still 23 thousand We were shown the car during night time everything looked great purchased the vehicle which was a long process get home the next day look over the car and notice 2 massive scratches as if like some ran something over, immediately text the sales person and let them know what I found mind you this is the very next day. She proceeds to tell me ^well after all it is not a brand new car^? Seriously????she then say bring it by maybe they can buff it out???? Ummm buffing wont work She then says she sent the pictures I sent to her boss and here we are a week later and I've heard NOTHING. I've emailed and called and nobody has done s*** .Its like come in we will be great until we make the sale then screw you afterwards 23 thousand dollars may not mean much to the but come on make it right. So in short would I recommend Cerritos NISSAN NO WAY I've been told they will get back to me well guess what IM STILL WAITING. More

Poor customer service and lack of sales skills Worst dealer ever experienced in my life! Internet sales manager: Saul E. 12 emails over a course of 3 days discussing the Titan XD Pro 4X gas Worst dealer ever experienced in my life! Internet sales manager: Saul E. 12 emails over a course of 3 days discussing the Titan XD Pro 4X gas vs. diesel. I asked Saul if he could pick me up at the nearby Land Rover dealer to take a look at the Titan. At Land Rover I get free car washes at anytime and they take about an hour to wash my car. First NOPE - Saul replies he can't do that - against company policy. I wonder so how do dealer shuttle drivers work - can't they pickup a customer like they do for their service dept customers who want to go to the nearby Cerritos mall ?? Finally made an appointment to test drive and talk numbers. On the day of, I received an email confirmation of my appointment time with Saul from his office assistant: Priscilla H. I arrive exactly on time. Notice my punctuality as I respect their time. The receptionist pages Saul and about 10 minutes later her appears. Then Saul who wears the name badge as "Internet Sales Manager" says he is entertaining his future mother in law and says another sales person will take over. Second NOPE - the Internet sales person is NEVER busy for a customer that had been conversing via email prior - especially of a certain model.. The young rookie floor sales person has a name badge that says "sales consultant" which I did not want to deal with (hence "Internet Sales" who cuts out the BS & pleasantries of retail sales - their aim is volume sales). The young sales person did not have a clue what I was looking for. Apparently Saul never mentioned to the sales person what I was looking for (Titan XD Pro 4X) - nor ever shared with him the emails back and forth. Outside we go and we start walking and walking all the way to the back of the lot. I ask the rookie sales person if there was one in the front that Saul should have pulled up. 3rd NOPE, all the Titans are in the back lot and Saul has not pulled up a single Titan knowing I was coming in! So we get there and the sales person who has no clue what I am looking for asks if the first Titan he sees (non XD, 2WD, gasoline). I said no - looking for an XD, 4WD, 5L Cummins diesel. He looks stumped and had that blank look on his face showing his lack of knowledge on Titan trucks. The trucks were all "buried" behind multiple cars that were parked so close I could not get around them (being bigger than the skinny sales person). I got dirty trying to get to the trucks because all the cars back there seem like they haven't been washed since day one. At that time, I was disgusted with the lack of concern. 4th NOPE. I return to talk to his boss and finally they locate the internet director. She came up and asked what was the problem. I said it's obvious that this dealership does not value my time as I value theirs. Having a salesperson not know what I was specifically looking for - Saul should have come out after 15 minutes to make sure I was being taken care of. But I guess taking care of future mother in law is more important than taking care of a customer ?? I then let her know that Internet sales should not push a customer in to retail sales person because Internet sales has all the info they need to focus on choosing the car and working the numbers. Total waste of my time and a dealership should value a customer's time. 5th NOPE The Internet sales director was worthless! - didn't offer to do anything - didn't offer to have the GM help me. How worthless was she ??? Left and got my Land Rover washed near by and went to a different Nissan dealer that same day and was treated totally different (see my other Nissan review). More
