Our experience with Cerritos Infiniti was excellent! We first went to the Westminster Infiniti dealership and did not have a good experiance with the sales team. I've been looking to lease a car for a while and wanted to take advantage of the winter sales that almost all the car dealers have this time of year. I started by Infiniti because my brother has an '09 In to take advantage of the winter sales that almost all the car dealers have this time of year. I started by Infiniti because my brother has an '09 Infiniti that he loves to drive. Once I got to the dealer I was greeted by Sam Rabadi and I had a conversation with him about what I'm looking for and my price range for monthly lease payments. I was impressed that Sam remembered my family from '09 when he sold us my brother's car. I was also impressed with his sales skills; first, he wasn't pushy like other sales persons I've met before in other dealerships I visited. Second, he actually paid attention to my requests and my price range and didn't try to force a car on me that I couldn't afford. He advised me to take a test drive for the car that I choose to get a feel of it and it was a nice long test drive, which I liked because I didn't feel like I was rushed to make a decision. Once we got back to the dealer he gave me and my family the time and room to make a decision, which again, other sales persons I've met before never offered. When it came time to talk prices, options and mileage he was very detailed and gave me different prices on paper so I can compare and decide which one is better for me. Sam got me a really good deal, a deal that I was surprised I got from my first visit to the dealer and without even arguing over the price. Another thing I liked about Sam's deal is it didn't have a surprise or hidden fee at the end so whatever we agreed on during our conversation it was the same price on price. Something that made me trust Sam more was the amount of customers calling him on his cell phone trying to make deals and get prices. It didn't bother me that he was getting calls because it made me feel more comfortable towards him; if a lot of people are calling him for deals then he must be really good at what he does and he treats all customers the same. After signing the papers I had to go run an errand and Sam assured me that he will get the car cleaned up and ready for me by the time I come back and again, he kept his word. When I got back to the dealer the car was waiting for me on the red carpet and Sam took me to his office to sign some papers for delivery then we went to the car where he spent over 30 minutes with me showing everything about the car and its features. I'm very pleased with my lease and I'm happy that it went as smooth as it did. I feel like Sam is not a sales person, but a friend. He is someone I can recommend to my family and friends to pay a visit to for a great car deal. Sam was professional and friendly and that's how a dealership should be. More

He handled our unrealistic demands very well. My wife and I have purchased many cars in the past and we feel out the negotiation room with our crazy demands, His patience with us made me go back and purchase a car from him two days later. More
From the beginning of our interaction via telephone, Mr. David Baker was excellent in assisting us with information about the vehicle we were interested in as it was probably the cheapest on the lot. When we arrived at Cerritos Infiniti, we were greeted by another associate who let us test drive the vehicle and then went to get Mr. David Baker as we requested. Mr. David Baker was very courteous and was not pushy. He actively(running back and forth with the different numbers) helped us make a good decision on the vehicle. As we came to close the deal on the vehicle, we were introduced to the Finance Director, Mr. Paul Kim. His customer service skills was less than favorable. We were very impressed with the positive enthusiasm of Mr. David Baker and we appreciate him for taking the time to make us feel important. More
