I just bought a new RDX from Cerritos Acura. Allen Kim, the salesperson who helped me get the deal done was extremely helpful during the process. He was very patient and thorough.. This is definitely a place I wish I did not do business with. I visited this establishment last month to purchase a vehicle. The salesman (Golan) was not pleasant and made it clear I was just another sale with. I visited this establishment last month to purchase a vehicle. The salesman (Golan) was not pleasant and made it clear I was just another sale he needed to make. I went alone to shop but would call my boyfriend to advise on the specs and price . He would get so irritated and say “ why do you keep calling your husband?” . At that point I became irritated and just continued shopping. He did not want to “ go to his manager” to ask about my concerns with the price until I got up and started walking away. I was then handed off to someone else . After the sales experience, I then continued to get the most untrustworthy finance experience. Alan assisted me and took over 2 hours to get my agreement drawn up. I have very good credit 800+ so it is not an issue with finding a lender. I signed the agreements and drove off. A week later I get a call and Alan states “ there was a problem with all the e - forms and WF never received them , you need to come back and sign” I drive back and sign all the forms again but now he’s telling me that they are changing the lender and I asked why? When I did this he asked if I already notified my insurance and I responded yes. So he huffed heavily and said “ fine we will just pay the extra fee” I left, a week later they call me to say I needed to come back and sign another missing document. I was going out of town and said you could mail it to me and i will sign it and return it but i am not taking another trip. I received the document and it was for the paint protection. Two days ago I received notifications that my credit was run (without my consent) by the dealership. I called and left a message and a very nice gentleman called me and ensured he would look into it and call me back. I tried calling again this morning but got transferred to another finance manager. At this point I’ve lost all trust in this establishment. More
