AC repair - multiple times to dealer to get repair completed Steve has been helpful and has done his best to get me a loaner and get my car serviced with items that could be attended to all in one visit ( upcomi Steve has been helpful and has done his best to get me a loaner and get my car serviced with items that could be attended to all in one visit ( upcoming oil change and recalls in addition to AC issue). Unfortunately, the AC issue persisted after I picked up the car, so I am back again in less than 24 hours after picking my car up from repair/service. :( More
