Cant get my car title Purchased 2019 X3 and paid cash with same day wire transfer which they were eager to take. However, they are not as quick about getting my title to me since it has now been 4 months and nobody has followed up with me in about 4 weeks. I have emailed the Sales Manager, no reply. I have called the General Manager, Milo, who wont take my call and just redirects me. I guess since I live in Dallas and not local CA resident (internet purchase), they couldnt care less about my experience with them. Horrible. More

After having owned 5 BMWs bought a used 4 series at century West BMW. I totalled my pristine BMW . Biggest disappointment was that BMW no longer offered a maintenance contract on used vehicles.
