After having owned 5 BMWs bought a used 4 series at century West BMW. I totalled my pristine BMW . Biggest disappointment was that BMW no longer offered a maintenance contract on used vehicles. Don Engle was helpful after the purchase when I discovered a few defects when I had a chance to fully assess the car. Believe they did all they could given the circumstances. Worst purchase from Century West BMW I have had nothing but issues since purchasing a CPO BMW X5 in July 2019. I've had the vehicle in the repair shop for 1 week in August. Finally, the part that had the issue was replaced. Here we are in September 2019, the vehicle has been in the repair shop for 2 weeks for THE SAME ISSUE. How was this vehicle approved to sell as CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle. LIES AND DECEPTION from this dealership. Wasted my money on this piece of trash vehicle. More
