In my years of driving BMW & working with their dealerships, I have never gone to a worse dealership. I can’t remember the name of the initial man we worked with (David?), but Zaaed (Zack) Shaikh i dealerships, I have never gone to a worse dealership. I can’t remember the name of the initial man we worked with (David?), but Zaaed (Zack) Shaikh is the most arrogant and condescending salesman I have ever met. He asked me what I do, laughed, and told me I shouldn’t have extended the time or effort- as he makes more money than me without it. I was shocked he would speak to a customer that way. More than one sales representative showed us that they did not care for our time, disrespected us, and did not value us in the least. It was frustrating, as I expect a far higher level of service for the price I pay. We had agreed on financing details over the phone, and they completely changed it on papers. They tried to hastily get us to sign when we carefully read over it. We left thinking we don’t want to deal with such a place, and they called relentlessly for us to come back so they could fix their errors. Onwards to the vehicle- they sold us a defective vehicle with false pretenses. I had it thoroughly checked by an auto body shop. They found that the entire driver side panel had been replaced and did not align correctly (driver and back left door). The back left window does not roll down automatically. The car had not been serviced since 2017, and I purchased in 2019. I receive this warning every time I turn on my vehicle. The trunk was repainted a slightly different shade than the rest of the vehicle. The airbag sensor on my passenger seat is faulty, lending more credence to this being a vehicle involved in a collision that wasn’t even fixed right. Within the first few minutes of driving, the sensor on the passenger seat with nothing on it does not stop until I fasten the seat belt. I was told by the body shop that it was likely my car was totaled, fixed & resold. They had details erased that did not come up until after I had my car for a day. Upon noticing my sensor issues & the “service due since 2017” warnings, I called the day after I purchased my vehicle and even texted “Zack” who gave me his personal number if I had any trouble. No response from anyone. Stay far away from this place. More
The service department is great, very accommodating of special requests and I think the pricing is competitive. Kudos to Doug McClure, for his help in getting the right service for my car.
