After another dealer failed to locate the specific 2021 M5 I was looking for (and even had me submit a credit application even though they had not confirmed they could get the car), I found one myself via M5 I was looking for (and even had me submit a credit application even though they had not confirmed they could get the car), I found one myself via CarGurus and reached out directly to Century West. Don Engel returned my call (coincidentally, a friend who I hadn't seen in many years). Don is a prince of a man, with a great sense of humor, and he treated me like family. With the support of his Sales Manager and General Manager, Don leased me the car at a fantastic price and made the transaction fast and pleasant. Never a hard sell or typical car dealer sales schtick. They even accepted my lease return at the same time! The good people of Century West are xxxxxxwho truly want to do right by their customers--even new ones! Kudos also to their Finance Manager who was super sharp, and equally professional. I have purchased BMW's over the past twenty years at numerous SoCal dealerships. Given how well I was treated, the deal I got, and the professionalism of this management team, I won't go anywhere else! More

Great job on the car but my cell phone got unpaired from my car while it was in the shop. I have to go back to the shop to pair my phone again. Been here twice for service, solely out of convenience. Utterly terrible experiences and service both times. Convenience went far out the window. Hope to never be back. Everybody moves at their own leisurely snail’s pace, zero respect for their customers’ time. Employees poor attitudes like they are annoyed at having to take the time to interact with customers at all. They are unreachable by phone, and no one will put forth even the slightest modicum of effort to see that your concern is addressed unless you force the issue. You really get the sense of a culture of “not my problem,” and that their days are more about showing up to work to interact amongst themselves and get paid for sitting around and doing nothing, rather than actually servicing clients. Kept my car for two days, and completely failed to address the sole issue I actually brought the vehicle in for. Then, it was entirely resolved within five minutes by quickly “running it down” to a tech to fix when I showed up to pick up the car. Yet another example of them not even bothering to care to hear the information you relay to them. Just a service mill to extract money from BMW, rather than to supplement the owner experience. I enthusiastically urge anyone reading this to make the drive to Pacific BMW in Glendale. You won’t be disappointed and the drive will be well worth your time. This is the first and only review I’ve ever written for a business, and the first time I’ve ever so strongly felt the urge to leave a comment as to actually do so. Hope it helps. More
