My experience at this dealership and it’s staff with the exception of the gentleman who walked us through the signing was mediocre at best. I have been in and around cars and dealerships for most of my life exception of the gentleman who walked us through the signing was mediocre at best. I have been in and around cars and dealerships for most of my life having friends and family working in this industry. I know how it works and what can and can’t be done. I had two things that bothered me. First was the pushy nature of the sales department. We had to drive over two hours to get to the location. And it was very challenging to do so during the week. The willingness to help us out and wait a couple days for the weekend was like pulling teeth. Second thing was that they tried to sneak in financing through BMW not BOA like we had discussed on multiple occasions. That seemed pretty low to me. The best part of the experience was chatting with the gentleman when we were signing our paperwork. More

WORST SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ever and If i can give a zero i actually would do that And thats my first time writing a review but i really have to . So i just got out from the dealership, and everything zero i actually would do that And thats my first time writing a review but i really have to . So i just got out from the dealership, and everything went great until i sat down with a sales manger (mark). Mark was very very hard and no customer service at all,and i tried my best to make a deal with him ,but he did not even want to take off a dollar from the deal which is very unacceptable cuz he at least should give me a deal that fits me not jus a one deal and thats all he got,and he was very quick to the point he just gave me the deal and he never wants to negotiate with me. It felt like he did not want to sell the car for me at all, Even thou I put good down payment ,but he refused to give me any deal or even negotiate with me. He treated us like we have no money and all he was saying is that its a BMW and i can sell it for more.!!!!Thats a very bad experience at BMW. Before I go to them i read all the reviews and i thought they are the best but after my experience. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM...!!!!! More

It was a great first time leasing experience. I was so lucky to be partnered with Susan. She was honest and upfront. Traded in my Honda and drive off with a 2021 BMW X3. The Finance Manager Mr. Le was cool as a cucumber and made closing the deal a breeze. He presented options for protecting the car which increased the price unexpectedly. I had a maximum and rather than saving more, I added the protection just in case. All-in-all very satisfied with the experience More

I dropped my car for a flat tire and Brian took care of it. He was very professional. He did a 360 inspection on the car explaining everything in detail in a videos provided.
