Botan was the most amazing sales manager. Not at all pushy, but figuring out quickly what I wanted. It was such a pleasure, to buy a car from him - truly a luxury experience - right from the Earl Grey t pushy, but figuring out quickly what I wanted. It was such a pleasure, to buy a car from him - truly a luxury experience - right from the Earl Grey tea choices when we first sat down at his desk! Signing the paper work with Quyen who went through everything in such detail, taking the time to explain each option and weigh up its merit. Then not just being waved off, but having a BMW Genius explain all the vehicles functions. The whole experience was STELAR!!! More

I bought a used 2014 535d in January 2021. It's the fourth BMW I've owned. I wanted to purchase from a BMW dealer even knowing I'd pay more because of the expectation that their cars, even though not fourth BMW I've owned. I wanted to purchase from a BMW dealer even knowing I'd pay more because of the expectation that their cars, even though not certified, go through a thorough inspection. That's what I've been told. Century West does not negotiate price and I paid the asking price in cash. It was an easy sale for them. Even so, I paid almost $5k for the extended warranty that comes with a $500 deductible. I live in the SF Bay area so I flew down pick the car up. When I got home after a 600 mile drive, I noticed two warning lights: Exhaust Fluid Warning and Battery Discharge Warning. I took the car to East Bay BMW in Pleasanton. They determined that the exhaust fluid was completely empty and they refilled it. For the battery discharge they needed an additional $537, on top of the $263 I was charged initially to diagnose both codes. I paid the $263 and declined the additional $537 to keep researching the battery. I called Leonard, my sales person from Century West, to explain what happened and requested a refund of the $263. He told me to send him a copy of the receipt from East Bay BMW, which I did. After that it was difficult to reach him and he did not return my calls. I also talked to the sales manager but likewise did not get anywhere. I am disappointed in the service I received from Century West. I feel like as soon as I drove away I was done to them and they did not want to hear from me again. I would not recommend this dealership. More
Shahin was a stereotypical used car salesman. Arrogant, dismissive, condescending, and manipulative. Lied multiple times and used scummy sales tactics. I tried to negotiate the price of the car and he told me they don’t negotiate which seems extremely odd for a car dealership. Then he started to brag about how he buys watches and sells them for a $15k loss so who cares about losing money. (Um... I do, some of us work honest jobs, Shahin...) It was a bizarre and disheartening experience. I’m sure he sells a lot of cars to uninformed buyers. If you’re doing your research don’t go to this dealership and certainly don’t go to Shahin. You’re better off using an online service. I have made sure my friends and family never go to this dealership and ai suggest you do the same. Do not reward bad behavior. More
