When I 1st bought my car it turned out that the sales person was not honest. I've taken my car there a couple times for service the 1st time they tried to sell me everything under the sun the 2nd time no person was not honest. Horrible experience at Century West BMW! When I scheduled my appointment for an oil change, I requested a loaner car and the person on the phone said sure no problem. Went to my appointment and the service m my appointment for an oil change, I requested a loaner car and the person on the phone said sure no problem. Went to my appointment and the service manager refused to give me a loaner car because I was only getting an oil change, which is "not a real service." He promised that my car would be done in an hour but I ended up sitting there and waiting for almost 2 hours and had to check on the status 3 times. In the meantime, I was hungry and didn't have a loaner car to go anywhere. Sooo frustrating! More
