W DONT BUY THIS CAR. 2002 CHRYSLER CONCORD LXI VIN # 2C3AD36M12H225907 On May 2nd 2016 I bought a 2002 Chrysler Concord LXI from Century Motors. Within a week it had to be towed several times. First a part on the fuel line broke which gave off a strong odor of gas. It cost $300.00 and dealer would only pay half. Then both handles on the front door came off in our hands. We noticed they were glued later. Then the engine light came on and the car overheated. I brought it to my mechanic and he first fixed the thermostat and when that didn't work he called me with really bad news. The head gasket was cracked and rigged with a glue called "blue devil". I towed car back to dealership. The owner was out of town for a week but said his manager would handle it. One week later I finally called and the manager said the mechanic did not look at the car yet. Really? He also said there is nothing he can do and that I had to wait until the next day when owner was back. The next day I showed up at dealership and owner was finally there. He said he was busy and would have to get back with me tomorrow. I told him no need, I am pulling the car today. He said no, you don't have to do that, I'll have someone look at it tonight. I said no thank you, I am calling AAA and the car is getting pulled tonight. He had to nerve to say I wasn't given him the opportunity to work with me. I said you had the car 10 days, that's enough time. We were not even out of the car lot yet when he was calling telling us to come back with the title and he would give us our money back, which he did. But, he also said the car was running fine and it was not the gasket. So, what was it they didn't want us to find on that car? The worst part of this story is the car was back on the lot the next day listed for $200.00 more then what I paid for it. The difference is an extended warranty was now offered. These guys should be arrested. They are crooks who treat people horrible. More

We came up with a fair price and Frank added some extras, such as new tires to my satisfaction. As I assume with most online transactions for a 14 year old car, there was an issue that did not meet my expectations. Frank was very understanding and went over and beyond to my complete satisfaction. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely purchase from again. More

On August 25th, 2015, I bought a 2007 Durango on Ebay, from these people. The car was described as well maintained and in excellent condition. The ad disclosed one minor accident in the rear. It also stated that the warranty would be extended from 3 months to 12 months if the, "Buy it now" option was used. The price was $11,900.00, top dollar for a 2007 Durango. I did use the buy it now option, and completed the purchase in good faith. The vehicle arrived about three weeks after the initial purchase, on Ebay. It was immediately clear that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. There were interior trim parts falling off and the door lock buttons did not work. The windshield washer pump did not work and the headlight, dimmer switch did not function. The engine has made an audible, valve train noise since day one. Estimates from reputable, collision repair shops ranged from $3250.00 to $3300.00. The owner of Century Motors was reluctant to pay for any of the repairs, initially. After A GREAT DEAL of arguing and negotiating, Frank agreed to pay for 50% of the collision repair. I ate the other half. The warranty paperwork that the dealer sent, showed only a 3 month coverage period. I e-mailed and called Austin, Frank's flunky, many, many times over the next several weeks to have the warranty extended to 12 months, as stated in the original, Ebay ad. It is now January 16, 2016 nearly 5 months after the purchase and I still do not have a copy of the warranty. I do, however, have a 2007 Durango that has been in at least 2 accidents, that I paid almost $12,000.00 for. On top of the purchase price, I have sunk over $2000.00 into the vehicle out of my own pocket. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They have NO integrity or decency! More

I spoke with Frank and Austin numerous times before deciding to drive 177 miles ( one way ) to see the car. I was told that the car was perfect no scratches showroom condition. Well the vehicle was anything from perfect. Austin pointed to the car and said "the keys are in in " and that was the last of his help. He is useless and as for the car very sketchy. Scratches all over the car stained carpets and a dead battery so I couldn't even open the trunk. And to top it off there was cat hair all over the roof because they allow their pet cat to climb on all the vehicles. I notices the hair and paw prints on a few different vehicles. As for Austin he never once came out side to ask if we had any questions of if we needed assistance. This place is definitely a sketchy back yard operation. Wasted a tank of gas and a full day on the road because of their lies. guess that's why the Better Business Bureau gives them a "F" rating deservingly so. Thank you Frank and Austin for wasting my time. I hope I can save someone else from going there for nothing in the future More
Raised the price of truck after I was approved for a loan Austin got me a loan and than changed the price on eBay of the truck by $5000.00. I called him and was told they had printed the wrong price, after Austin got me a loan and than changed the price on eBay of the truck by $5000.00. I called him and was told they had printed the wrong price, after I was approved for a loan. You can't change the selling price on eBay until the original ad has expired.the original ad had two days left on it. This dealer is suppose to be one of the top 10 on eBay. I called eBay to complain they did nothing. Big dealers can do what ever they want, I guess. I have bought and sold cars on eBay myself, this dealer sucks!! More

I was looking for a 97 or 98 Lincoln Mark with low miles that was in excellent condition. At the time, this particular car, was the second highest priced similar model listed on any of the major used car sites. I was willing to pay top dollar to receive a low mileage vehicle in excellent shape. Upon arriving, I was told the vehicle was being washed and readied for sale. After inspection, I noticed that the rear window seal was wavy from sun damage and that the defroster/ heater did not operate correctly. I was told the defroster issue just needed to warm up and the seal would cost about $200 to repair. I agreed to reduce my offer by $100. I purchased the vehicle and brought it back to Jacksonville. Since then, I have determined the window seal is not available and $800 to repair. The defroster needed a new blend door actuator and was $700 (5 hours labor just to dissemble dash); The air conditioner /compressor was completely shot and needed to be replaced, $800. The brake calipers were rusted ( one did not operate and one later seized) and the rotors warped, $ 850. The plug wire harness and boots were completely corroded and needed to be replaced, $250. Additional services including transmission service, radiator service and oil, $225. All total over $3600. I recognize I purchased an old car in "As Is " condition and was prepared to spend some money on servicing it. However, the most disappointing part about all of this is that Century took active steps to conceal some of these issues, some with safety implications, at the time of sale. Obviously these issues would have had an impact on the value and price of the vehicle. For example, the window seal and defroster issues are apparently common to this vehicle model and well known in the industry. Instead, I was specifically told these were minor issues and even quoted a price of $200. Also, the AC compressor showed evidence of being recently charged, which allowed it to blow cold air for a couple of days during the purchase period. Upon inspection however, the old compressor had green dye stains all over it, where it had been leaking for some time and obviously known to your maintenance people. Similarly, and most shocking, the brakes had new pads installed over corroded calipers and warped rotors, again concealing the true nature of the condition of the vehicle. These are all common examples of used car tricks expected from shoddy fly-by-night operators. I expected more. Not only because I specifically was purchasing a low mileage "cream puff" but because Century advertises its company as a dealer that emphasizes customer service and "fully serviced vehicles." Moreover, the owner claims to be President of the trade association. Not a good example for the industry. Needless to say, this experience has left me very disappointed and dissatisfied with Century Motors aka Floridacars1. More
