I bought an older car online I always wanted in May of 2021. Shame on me for not having it inspected prior to purchase. When I first got the “perfect” car as Frank described it, the brakes were completely 2021. Shame on me for not having it inspected prior to purchase. When I first got the “perfect” car as Frank described it, the brakes were completely shot. The rear brake pads fell apart when they took them off. The hubs had to be sandblasted for the new rotors lay flush. They did send me $500 as a “goodwill” towards the repairs. They did offer to take the car back but I would’ve had to pay to ship it back, and already paid for it to pass my states vehicle inspection. Stupid me for not sending it back! After spending a little over $5,000 on repairs since buying it, I had to trade it in due to severe rust damage that Century Motors tried to hide. They painted the underside of the entire car and even applied some sort of “under coating” to hide the rust. I put just over 10,000 miles on this low mile “perfect” car and wasted a bunch of money. I don’t know how these dirt bags sleep at night. Some people seem to get lucky, but make sure to check their reviews to make sure they’re a real person. The car was very well kept inside and out, but the underside was rotted and the motor leaking oil (typical Northstar but was told it was perfect). If you work a deal outside of eBay, Frank still has you buy it through eBay. They pay a company to dispute their negative feedback on eBay, so if you don’t reply to that companies inquiry your feedback will get removed. So in the end you can’t truly leave any Feedback on eBay. Buyer beware! More
I bid on a vehicle on E-Bay motors and “won” the bid by paying the full asking price. The initial deposit was through E-Bay for $500 and subsequently I had the remaining purchase price of $14900 plus $120 paying the full asking price. The initial deposit was through E-Bay for $500 and subsequently I had the remaining purchase price of $14900 plus $1200 shipping, $100 repairs, and $200 documentation fee for a total of $16,400 wired from Navy Federal Credit Union on January 10th and 11th per the seller’s instructions. When telephonically discussing the improperly added amount of the first wire transaction of $14,900 when I did not include the remaining $1,000 on January 10th, Frank Fuzy stated that the vehicle “could be shipped out in two days.” I will add that I requested that his outfit complete the replacement of the rubber window moldings rather than have me attempt to do the same. He agreed to do the work and suggested a fee of $100 added to the cost of the vehicle. He also stated that the work on the moldings and additionally the front window track would be done in a day or two. Subsequently I was told by Frank that the work was completed and the only remaining item was to get his wife to arrange shipment. During a followup call on January 21, he assured me that his wife would be working on this over the weekend. See text of message sent below on January 26th: “Frank, In our conversation last Friday, you said that your wife would be working on arranging transportation for this vehicle over the weekend. It is now mid week following and I have yet to see anything regarding movement of the car. I understand that there were issues such as the repair of the windows and installation of rubber weatherstripping that have meant more time at your shop. You have been paid in full since January 11th, This delay has put me in the position I have to consider whether you are dealing with me in good faith. I will give you until close of business today, January 26th, to provide me with verifiable transport documentation, otherwise I will be forced to work with E-Bay and IC3 to recover my funds. I'd appreciate it if you would take the time to consummate this transaction appropriately.” No shipping documentation or information such as ETA or telephone contact has been forthcoming. Until I cut off a telephone call from the seller’s wife and insisted they use the approved Ebay communications, they had avoided using the e-mail through Ebay. As I have discovered, the rating shown on E-Bay which portrays this seller in a 98% positive manner may not be indicative of his actual business practices. Unfortunately, I relied on E-Bays rating and later have discovered that this business has a D- rating through the Better Business Bureau. My negative rating of this seller was removed when the seller refunded my deposit. I have asked twice for the transaction to be cancelled and monies refunded to no avail. Ebay has essentially washed their hands of the transaction... More

I was looking around for a gold, older Cadillac. I found a really clean one at Century Motors. Just beautiful. A 2001 Bronzemist. Clean like all the other cars on their lot. I worked out a great deal with a really clean one at Century Motors. Just beautiful. A 2001 Bronzemist. Clean like all the other cars on their lot. I worked out a great deal with the dealer and I was off and running. That was in 2018. It was a hot day and I turned on the climate control. The a/c pumped out ice cold air and I have been very happy with my purchase. The owner of the business, Frank treated me with respect and I would trust him to buy another Cadillac if I ever need one. This car is a boat and it is wonderful to drive on the I-95 between Miami and West Palm Beach where I live. I wanted to buy another car there, but I only have parking for one. I would definitely go back to buy a super clean car from Frank and Gina again. Make a trip just to see his office and the inside of his garage. They are fussy about clean reliable cars. It's all I wanted and I found it. It's still going strong. Before I left they gave me a nice (not cheap) tote bag and beach towel. My GF looks great on hers! More
I wouldn't wish the experience I've had with this dealership on my worst enemy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, the dealer "lost" my wire deposit of $8000 for over a week. Then it dealership on my worst enemy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, the dealer "lost" my wire deposit of $8000 for over a week. Then it took them over 2 weeks to ship the car to me. It arrived more than 4 weeks after it was fully paid for. Then the title and paperwork took another week to arrive. But that was no big deal because the vehicle was in the shop for another 5 days. As soon as I started the vehicle I knew there was a major issue. 1) The water pump was screaming and needed replaced ($650) 2) The rear hatch and the rear door lock actuators were broken ($300ish). I talked to Frank about these issues and he dismissed it entirely saying that it wasn't making noise when he had it. Whatever, it's my fault for not being there in person to drive the vehicle and taking these peoples' word for it. So I went to the DMV in Nebraska and was sent away because the title was never reassigned to Century Motors from another dealer. I called Gina and was again told that I didn't know what I was talking about and to go back to my DMV (AKA wait in line for another 2 hours during Covid). I finally got resolution on what needed to be done to make the paperwork right and sent the title back. I called in advance to let them know it would be there the next day WITH prepaid return shipping. I then called 2 days after it arrived to ask for an update and was told they were too busy to look into it today. It is now 7 days after the paperwork arrived on their desks and I called them to ask what was going on. I have never had a less pleasant conversation in my life. I was accused of lying multiple times, told that I should have handled this sooner about 8 times, and was also told that they were going to harbor my paperwork because they didn't like my attitude. I clarified that I had heard that correctly and Gina promptly walked back that remark and said that it would be fixed and sent back as soon as they can. Finally, Gina said that it is impossible to get in contact with CarMax (the previous dealer) to resolve issues like this. I called CarMax and had the correct person on the phone within 30 seconds. I told Gina that I would be reviewing this experience before ending the call. She called me right back saying "if you have a complaint just email us" not letting me get a single word in before she hung up on me. This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've ever had with not only a dealership, but any business in general. Don't be fooled by their low mileage inventory. This place is AWFUL. I was going to wait to post this review until I had my paperwork back as to avoid them screwing me over again, but at this point I don't believe it is possible for them to treat me any worse. Save your money, stay away. More
Can not believe the service and respect that my wife and I received at this dealership. The best experience that we have ever had. No haggling, a test drive without anyone at the dealership to accompany us I received at this dealership. The best experience that we have ever had. No haggling, a test drive without anyone at the dealership to accompany us (they trusted 2 African Americans), no looking judging us for whom we are, no unfulfilled promises, no price changes in the middle of the deal and absolutely nice vehicles. We received great conversation, genuine smiles, respect and the attention that you can not get from larger dealerships. To the naysayers, this is not your typical dealership, Frank and Gina are wonderfully nice people. If you didn't like the dealership when you got there you should have not tried to do business with them. Not doing business with them would have been your loss. THANK YOU FRANK AND GINA FUZY FOR YOUR LOVE AND ATTENTION More
I came across Century Motors of South Florida’s website while looking for a used car from our summer home in Minnesota. Century had a great selection of low mileage used cars. Frank and Gina sent me all while looking for a used car from our summer home in Minnesota. Century had a great selection of low mileage used cars. Frank and Gina sent me all the information I needed including a complete CarFax to confirm the mileage and vehicle condition. They worked with us to deliver the car to our winter home in Vero Beach. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Frank and Gina are very good at what they do. After the sale I told Gina that I was a veteran of 40 years of auto sales and dealership management and that it was a pleasure to do business with them. Bill Ward, Minneapolis, MN More
Was looking for a used reliable car, not to expensive and saw Century Motors site due to their pictures of cars at very reasonable prices. Glad I went there, the owners Frank and Gina are very straight forwa saw Century Motors site due to their pictures of cars at very reasonable prices. Glad I went there, the owners Frank and Gina are very straight forward, cordial, professional and down to earth. They even have a snack area which looks like a gift shop at a Disney store; not even the big dealer shops offer you a free soda. I had issues with my debit card so ended up going to the bank instead, was given a ride by Mr.G, the founder...it was awesome. Highly recommend Century Motors of south Florida; they also ship to all other states. Thank you very much......was a pleasure doing business with you Frank and Gina. Please give myb regards to Mr.G. and Lexus... More
