We just purchased a new Mini SE from Century and we can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first contact they were on the ball. They gave us a great quote with absolutely no hassle. They coached us through the ordering and delivery process with regular updates and there were no surprises when we went to pick it up. A shout out to Kevin Klocko, who kept us in the loop throughout the whole build and delivery process. He was timely and concise with his information. He even came in on the Sunday after Christmas so we could pick up the car. He was a pleasure to work with. More

I set up an appointment to have brakes and rotors put on. The appointment was set up a week before the actual appointment. A few hours before my appointment, I get a call saying that they do not have my part The appointment was set up a week before the actual appointment. A few hours before my appointment, I get a call saying that they do not have my parts and asked if I want to reschedule. I said that the car is telling me my brakes are at the minimum thickness and needs to be serviced, so I ask to get the brakes done anyway and I am told they cannot to the brakes without the new rotors. Why were the parts not ordered when I set the appointment. I have been to this place for service approx. 4-6 times, and I have only left happy once (maybe). The main lady "Bonnie" never smiles and is always scowling. She should be fired immediately for her horrible customer service More
